"This was our second time staying here, and it certainly won't be our last! The property was exceptionally clean, super comfortable, and super dog-friendly—Watson loved it as much as we did. The hosts are truly amazing, thinking of everything you might possibly need to make your stay fantastic, including a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking dinner easy and helped us save on trip costs.This trip was all about rest and relaxation for me, my dad, and Watson. Michigan City is the perfect getaway spot. It's just a short drive to the Great Lakes, where the sunsets are breathtaking and you can even spot the Chicago skyline across the water. The South Shore Line is also super convenient if you want to head into Chicago for a day trip.As a bonus for train enthusiasts, the house is close to the Norfolk Southern Chicago mainline, offering plenty of fantastic freight action alongside Amtrak passenger trains. We had a wonderful time and truly hope to make another trip back to Michigan City soon!"

"We were very impressed with this hotel. My mom said this was the best hotel that she had stayed at in years. She was really impressed with how brightly lit the room was. There were full size mirrors behind the beds with full length lights behind the beds. They were also recess can lights throughout the room. It smelled clean and fresh. It was absolutely perfect. We would love to stay there again. The breakfast was amazing! Delicious hot eggs, biscuits, gravy, bagels with cream cheese, orange juice and much more. A nice indoor pool. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. Great place very well maintained!"
