We were in town for a Jaguar game, we were able to park at the hotel early, before check in time and take the water taxi, which is very close to the hotel, right over to the stadium. Perfect location and accommodations for doing anything in downtown Jacksonville without having to drive downtown. "

"My friend and I had an absolutely lovely time in this charming home for a weekend reunion/getaway. The decor was lovely, so many inspired touches. All pictures accurately reflect the property. We appreciate all the indoor and outdoor seating areas. We made light use of the kitchen but found all we needed. The beds were very comfy and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall, it was a cost-effective and simple place to stay, and while we appreciated several thoughtful features, there were some important details future guests should be aware of — especially around parking, amenities, and building maintenance.Pros:- The condo itself is clean, functional, and uncluttered. The refrigerator and microwave were spotless, and everything in the unit worked as expected.- Double blackout curtains in the east-facing bedroom window were a thoughtful touch that helped with rest.- The furniture was in good shape, and we had no issues with comfort or layout.- Cost-effective for the location and perfect for a couple or even a small family (I believe there’s a sleeper sofa, though we didn’t use it).- The property manager was very responsive and courteous, which we appreciated during our stay.- Our interactions with long-term tenants in the building were pleasant — they were friendly and helpful, especially when it came to figuring out parking.Notes for Future Guests:Parking:- This was the most frustrating part of the stay.- The VRBO listing didn’t include any info about parking, which turned into a daily hassle.- There’s metered street parking, but the three meters we used didn't properly — tenants recommended downloading the app. The meters are .02"
