"Location - It is about 7 mins walking from Bern Train station and the hotel sits in the old city park which is just 5 mins walking to the central part. Even though it only takes 20 mins walking to bear park! Staff - Amazing friendly and super helpful Love the free coffee & tea provided in the room and lobby area Room - It is well maintained with bathtub (rare!) Seems no air-condition provided but it is totally fine for me"

"Clean, beds comfortable, shower nice. The skateboard park is literally outside the window and a highway ramp next to it. Not loud per se, just covered in graffiti and unattractive particularly to Americans. Very odd check in on touch screen. It worked, overall satisfied."

"This hotel is located in a lovely area with easy access to tram lines, making it very convenient to explore the city. The neighborhood felt safe and had a nice atmosphere, with cafés, shops, and other amenities nearby. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, and was everything we needed for a relaxing stay. "Overall we were happy with our stay. There is a clean underground car park. The room is a typical size with a good size king bed. The sofa bed was a bit soft. The bathroom was clean and modern with a nice shower. There is a separate toilet but it has no sink or bidet which we found problematic. The staff were all positive and nice to deal with. The breakfast had a reasonable selection of hot and cold food; you could order certain items also such as fried eggs. We didn't explore the local area...
