They let me check in early, no questions asked. They provided me with a charger because I had forgotten mine. Very nice property, astonishingly quiet. A bit of a maze to get to my room. I will be back there!!

Excellently located hotel with fantastic transport links, with the Hackescher Markt literally next door. The staff were very attentive & helped to solve an issue I was having with my room safe within minutes. I’ll be using this hotel again in future!

Great location, overall vibe was perfect - cozy without being dated, modern with soft touches that made the place current without trying too hard like other hotels. They have a rooftop bar and a lobby bar, both of which were great, staff at reception was welcoming and efficient. Would stay here again if we find ourselves in Berlin and would highly recommend.

Great hotel and location, staff were great and we were given a room upgrade which was a nice surprise. Cannot fault anything but if i was being picky id have liked to have a coffee/tea point in the room and an iron would have been very handy. I know these were available from reception but ideally having it in the room is much more convenient. Will definitely stay again.

Located in my favorite part of Berlin as its so close to some of its key sights and connections via the S Bahn, while offering a quiet oasis. Loved the easy check-in, breakfast was brilliant and I can't fault anything during my stay. Room was lovely and the design is really cozy and fun. Plenty of power outlets but mostly German channels on the TV. Which is not a problem if you bring your own entertainment.Nice stay.

Really good value for money and an amazing choice. There's no fridge in room to keep drinks cold but staff provided ice bucket. Very nice and friendly and would stay again.

Nice lobby and breakfast area. Rooftop terrasse with a view. Modern and clean room - unfortunately our room had no fridge and no electric kettle. Breakfast buffet is good but we had to pay extra for it.

Price Vs what you get isn't worth it in my opinion
Nice hotel lobby, friendly staff and well located. Staff allowed me to check-in a little earlier than 2pm, which was much appreciated. Probably wouldn't stay here again due to two things: elevators are way too slow and need upgrading, felt like I spent half my stay just waiting for the elevator. I can't imagine how chaotic it is when the hotel is busy. Second reason, the hairdryer was barely functional. I have shoulder length hair, that isn't hugely thick or difficult to dry and ten mins of drying was getting me nowhere. I went to reception (should have called, the elevator was so slow) and they promptly provided me with a hairdryer, delivered to my room. Was late checking out because of this.

Remarkable quality for a fair price, the hotel is perfect for shopping and dining in a vibrant area of Berlin. The cherry on top is the roof terrace with panoramic views. The staff are engaging and helpful. Especially appreciated after a recent flight cancellation when I returned for an extra night.

Excellent position close to everything by foot. Staff super friendly and helpful. I had one of the new rooms which was fantastic. Very chiche. Lots of space and one of the best beds i have slept on. Sauna was fantastic too at no extra charge. My only complaint is the gym needs a small weight rack as there are only 3 machines.

The room was spacious but the bed was too firm for me. My room was in a back wing far to walk in a laberynth of winding hallways on the third floor. The elevator wait time was often very long and one whole day it was being serviced so walking up and down stairs was had on me. Nothing special about the too serious desk people.

Great little hotel but had a terrible experience..
I had a terrible (and unusual) experience which ruined my stay. Unfortunate, really, as this is a lovely hotel. Hotel is in a great location, very clean, very 'boutique' n style. However, there were some strange goings on in my room. The TV basically kept turning on all through the night. Terrifying to be awoken with loud voices the first few times but, even with volume turned down, whenever it switched on it made sleeping impossible. I could only think that maybe the remotes being used by other guests were switching it on and off. As you can imagine, with TV switching on and lighting up the room like a nightclub all through the night, I got no sleep. I mentioned this to reception staff (who were very nice, I should add) and they said they would send someone to look at it. If they did, well, it never worked as it continued for the duration of my stay. I should have requested a room change the first time it happened but you live and learn. Very unusual experience but, on reflection, I would be surprised if I was the only one in this room who experienced this. We had two rooms booked and the second one was absolutely fine so avoid room 220 if you can!

We were originally told that we were in the first floor when my elderly mother asked about a lift she said no but it’s ok you are on the first floor. Well there was a staircase and we of two flights of stairs to get to the first floor. The locks are so difficult to open I had to get the girl to come and open it for me and when we got back tonight it took me quite a while to open the door.
