Great place to stay.

Very clean and tidy, beautiful appartment close to the beach and transport and the staff was so nice, couldn't have asked for a better experiance . I will be staying here again for sure next time we are going to the GC.

Very friendly personal service, check in was effortless. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The property is one street back from the beach and the area is surprisingly quiet. Very handy to both Broadbeach and Surfers restaurants. Would have no hesitation in staying again.

The unit was lovely and clean, bed good, parking secure underneath the building. Pacific Fair curtesy bus and trams close by. A good brisk walk of 20 mins to Broadbeach central. A bit far if not used to that.

A well priced property in a relatively quiet area. Just a five minute walk to the 'G' which allows cheap access to all of the main attractions on the Gold Coast. Two stops and you arrive at Pacific Fair and in the other direction only three stops to the centre of Surfers. The apartments are well appointed but need a bit of a face lift to bring them back to 5 star accommodation. Nevertheless we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

Our room was on the 7th floor, which had good views of the beach, however these views will be blocked when the 26 floor building on the other side of the road is completed, (this will be a while away, have only started the ground works). Our room double bedroom unit had multiple balcony's. The kitchen was remarkably well stocked for self catering, plenty of knifes, forks etc, bot the 2 or 3 sets you sometimes get. The single glazed unit was fairly quiet, but we did hear people above from time to time, this was probably because some of the floor coverings were a hard surface - tiles. There a an small convenience store a block way, the store was probably a little on the pricey side.
