Short trip
Hotel was just what was needed for short stay. Bed comfortable and location was great for walking or use of public transport. Room was small and some of the plugs did not work. It was very cold outside but very warm inside and we had to open a window as air con would not work and the street was very loud. We did not complain or ask for a move. You stay again.

Excellent, but heating needs to work
Excellent location, clean room, as always with Ibis, you know what to expect. However, the room was so cold. The heating didn't work. This was reported, but didn't change. Perhaps, this is a policy of extreme spareness. Which is a bit disappointing, you dont xpct to freeze at night.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 2 nights whilst visiting Berlin. Fantastic location - subway only a couple of minutes walk away and 1/2 stops to many of the key sites. Quick check-in/checkout. Room spacious, bed comfortable, warm shower and also had air conditioning. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Thanks Ibis Berlin

Basic but comfortable, well located, red squirrel!

Awesome find.
Fantastic from start to finish. We had a unique room styled by one of the staff. There was a guest book, part if the wall you could use felt tip and a postcard wall in the bathroom. Never stayed in such a room before but we loved it. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast and staff were superb too.

The staff service was exceptional. When a large, loud group checked in to their rooms and were very disruptive, staff moved my party to a new floor very quickly. I liked the vibe, the availability of refreshments and prompt courteous front desk staff. I liked being next door to the gas station/convenience store especially for our rental car. Our room had a great view of the city.

Comfortable and friendly
Rooms were comfortable and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms don’t have coffee/tea making facilities or a fridge so bear that in mind when booking - I brought my own travel kettle etc. Very closely situated to Alexanderplatz so great transport links.
