Hotel is centrally located, clean, modern, great breakfast, professional staff, most of them speak German, English and Spanish. Walkable to the museums, Berlin cathedral, Brandenburg Tor. Shopping nearby, galleries Lafayette. Mall of Berlin about 25 mins walking. Public transportation next to hotel, Uber very convenient. App works great in Berlin.

How can a hotel be this badly maintained?
Pro’s: Excellent location next to the Friedrichstraße station. Quiet room with the view to the inner courtyard. Wifi worked and was relatively quick. Spacious room and bathroom. Con’s: I have never stayed in a hotel room - let alone in a hotel which claims to have 5* - that’d be so filthy. Almost everything was dirty. After I cleaned the “sticky-dirty” handle of the water kettle, the towel was black. The floor under and behind bed (the bed is on wheels and moves at night) was thick with crumbs, hair etc. The bed side table was all sticky with grease. The bed was hastily made and there were hair of previous customers between sheets. Furthermore, in four nights, I didn’t manage to make the AC work. The coffee/tea station was never replenished. In the floor corridor, the light was always flickering, suggesting problems in the electricity work. But it seemed to bother no one. At this price, there are many better options in the area.

Friendly staff, great location, rooms are airy and not congested. Beds are comfortable. We had a great stay. Breakfast options are great. Relaxing time at the sauna. Swimming pool looked good. We didn't use though. The surroundings are great too. Shopping options are great. Great restaurants in the vicinity. Overall an excellent property! Highly recommend.

Carla at the front desk was very helpful. This property was very clean, fresh linen, clean bathrooms, breathable rooms. I would rate it as the best part of our holidays and stay.

Nice hotel
Liked everything about this hotel. Staff, room and breakfast buffet were wonderful. The hotel is not close to any historical sites. So be prepared to do a lot of walking or ubers.

Great stay. We booked this hotel last minute as our flight was cancelled and it did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early. The room itself was sizeable and comfortable and it could not be faulted. There was minimal noise from the nearby train station which did not impact any sleep.

*Was a nice hotel. Nice bar area with great breakfast. *didn’t like service of front desk because I down graded my room from Jr. Suit to regular room but they didn’t gave me refund after 7 people involved in process and didn’t understand why (no answer from them) they blame on each other.

Beautiful hotel, convenient to all attractions and easily located. Rooms are clean and pleasant. Staff is friendly. the only disappointment is that they do not accommodate late check outs - i felt uncomfortable leaving my belongings at the front desk and truly feel that they could of accommodated the small request. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great hotel but a few niggles
The hotel was very nice new and well cleaned and kept , the staff were outstanding helpful and friendly , the facilities were great but the pool was closed which was frustrating and looked forward to using it especially when it was raining outside and during the week running up to Christmas ! Come on Euro stars get your maintenance sorted out on this .other bad point was there was no English speaking or movie channels on the t v ? Genuinely we had a nice time and would return .

The location is really good, however the wifi did not work during our entire stay, it was super slow and unstable, so bad that we could not load webpage. The hallway light was on for the first two nights cuz we could not turn it off, even after we took out the card. It was very difficult to sleep especially with jet lag. After we complained about light, Wi-Fi and phone not working in our room, they put us in a bigger room, but wifi still not working. First day after cleaning lady left, I found a rope thing in my room. The second day I found a sponge by the sink that also belongs to the cleaning lady. I could not get shower gel, hand soap was placed on the wall of the standing shower. The staff were nice but not very helpful to address the issues. The hotel almost ruined my vacation, good thing Berlin was just a short stop.

The hotel is located right across from the train station and walkable to many restaurants and tourist attractions. My colleagues and I agreed to stay at the same hotel for our next visit. Thanks to the friendly and helpful from desk people.

Such an incredible location. Steps from the Friedrichstraße train station and s short walk to many attractions such as the Brandenburg Gate and the Bundestag. The room was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here

We arrived sick from the USA, therefore added 2 extra nights to the hotel to recover. I had to move 3 times rooms, the first one because the AC was not working and the TV stopped working. The second night I was moved and the second room the TV did not work. Staff was very nice, but it was out of their hands. They offered a few upgrade and the TV in the suite did not work either, the room was never cool. Again staff offered free breakfast. The problem was that my wife and I got sick, in a room that was warm and with no TV.
