"We were right in the heart of the old town. Beautiful hotel and rooms amazing. Hard to find through all the narrow roads, but worth it. "

"The hotel is new and clean, but the rooms are small. The staff at reception are unimpressive and frustrating. If I have a choice, I will not stay at the hotel again. Very modern hotel but lacking character. "

"What a gem of a spot. Step out the door and you are in the heart of old Bergamo. The small hotel rests in an old structure dating back hundreds of years, so one should not expect "luxury" but a sweet experience in a historical location. "

"The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, they checked a couple of days before what time I would be arriving, with instructions if I was later than 10pm. The room was clean and comfortable. I only stayed one night but I can’t fault this place. "

"Lovely staff and excellent breakfast. Only criticism was that there was no kettle or coffee maker in the room. Towels were also very thin, small and not the best quality! The staff and ambience made up for this though."

"Couldn't be in a better spot to tour both the Alta and Bassa, beautiful location, we arrived on Saturday and although the area was super busy with people having a good time, when we got into the room and shut the windows it was really quiet! Room was lovely, nespresso was a bonus too! Few minutes was from all the shops, restaurants and cafe’s are a stones throw away. "
