"I love to go back in history at this grand hotel! The location, professional staff, incredible spaces, and saltwater pool are highlights, but the public spaces are so richly decorated and comfortable, I never have enough time to see it all, and I am already planning when to come back!"

"Rooms were clean, check in was good. Had a bad stay as a result of other guess up till 3am parting loudly in the room next to ours. Expressed our concerns to the front desk but nothing was resolved. I think this hotel is aging quickly and needs up grades. The walls are paper thin and you can hear even the softer noises at night. When people feel they can party all night it is quit overwhelming. "
