Immerse yourself in the sunny and cosy atmosphere that awaits you in this magnificent detached house. With a 600 mÂČ private garden, meticulously maintained and surrounded by lush plants and flowers, you will find yourself in a haven of tranquillity. But that's not all, as you can also enjoy your own private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. Imagine relaxing on the garden terrace, enjoying a delicious barbecue while taking in the panoramic views.

Once inside the house, you will be greeted by a spacious and bright living-dining room, equipped with TV for your entertainment. From here, you will have direct access to the terrace and swimming pool, making every day a unique experience. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and oven, so you can treat your family to delicious home-cooked meals.

The house offers three cosy bedrooms, designed with your relaxation and privacy in mind. Enjoy the comfort of a double bedroom suite, with its own bathroom and shower. In addition, you will find a second double bedroom and a single bedroom, all tastefully decorated and equipped with all the comforts you need for a perfect holiday. There is also a second bathroom with WC, ensuring comfort for all guests.

The beautiful garden invites you to relax on the furnished terrace, where you can enjoy unforgettable moments in the company of your loved ones. Maison propre intĂ©rieurement Ă  notre arrivĂ©e mais globalement pas trĂšs bien entretenue et qui nĂ©cessite un sĂ©rieux rafraĂźchissement. Dans son jus. Seulement 5 lits malgrĂ© rĂ©servation pour 6 ... @Abritel, une compensation ?Air conditionnĂ© laissĂ© en plan sur un mur dans un une chambre alors qu’il ne fonctionne pas, restes d’un Ă©quipement (vis et 1 bout de plastique) au dessus du lavabo d’une salle d’eau, rice cooker HS 
. Piscine non entretenue (verte, non transparente par manque de chlore) ne permettant pas de s’y baigner dans de bonnes conditions. Il a fallu quĂ©mander le passage du pisciniste plusieurs fois Ă  l’agence pour qu’il se dĂ©place 1 fois en 15 jours au lieu de chaque semaine apparemment. Éclairage extĂ©rieur dĂ©fectueux (ampoules absentes) ou inexistant. Une vieille table rouillĂ©e et un nombre insuffisant de transats arborent gĂ©nĂ©reusement la piscine. Pas de T.V.. 2 chambres banales dont une passante et aveugle et non 3 chambres « douillettes ». Pour le confort, c’est un peu basique. Vue mer imprenable si vous disposez d’un drĂŽne. Point positif : le chat kichio, il est adorable <3

Maison conforme Ă  l’annonce Famille de cinq convient trĂšs bien Agence au top ils parlent un français impeccable supermarchĂ© village de begur plages non loin voiture Ă  prendre tout de mĂȘme Seule bĂ©mols Ă©clairage extĂ©rieur absent dommage car les jours se raccourcissent en aoĂ»t et si on mange Ă  l’heure espagnol on mange dans le noir . Effort Ă  faire aussi pour les petites odeurs intĂ©rieurs des placards 
 et armoires odeurs de renfermĂ© je vous rassure . Ah oui aussi il faut un « master » pour le triage des ordures mĂȘme si on fait dĂ©jĂ  le tri chez soi

Les +: - maison trÚs agréable, bien située, dans un quartier calme et résidentiel. - Pas de vis à vis - le chat est adorable - la piscine est un vrai plus - agence immobiliÚre trÚs sympa Les - : - Wifi un peu poussif: on ne capte pas partout autour de la maison - il manque un micro-ondes - Il n'y a pas de téléviseur, contrairement au descriptif - le tri des déchets est complexe, nous avons eu plusieurs refus faute de sac. - seulement 2 ou 3 rouleaux de papier toilette et presque pas de liquide vaisselle; ça ne représente pas une grosse somme, mais je trouve que cela fait partie du minimum dans une maison en location. Et j'ai autre chose à faire qu'à ramener ce genre de produit aprÚs mon séjour.

Petite maison ancienne partiellement rénovée située dans un quartier résidentiel, calme et boisé de Begur. Des aménagements tels que le remplacement et l'ajout de mobilier extérieur permettraient d'améliorer le confort. Le chat de la maison Cicio est vraiment le plus adorable et trÚs attachant :-))
