"This is a lovely hotel very close to central Vienna. I had a short (15-20 min) walk to most of the must see spots in Vienna (St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Belvedere palace, five different Christmas markets, etc.).
The staff were very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Breakfast was very tasty and there were a lot of options to choose from (traditional English buffet, Spanish buffet, Japanese miso breakfast). The room itself was warm, clean, and large.
My one and only complaint: their bistro downstairs is very tasty and popular. If you want to eat there for dinner be sure to arrive at an off hour or later in the evening, closer to 9:30, in order to snag a table for service.
If I ever come back to Vienna I will for sure be staying here. "
"My wife & I had an excellent stay here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon check-in, and when we mentioned we were there for our honeymoon, they left a little gift of some chocolates in our room the next day. The hotel itself was very comfortable and well taken care of. The room was great and the onsite dinning and bar options were excellent! The location itself was very convenient to public transportation as well as walkable to lots of different things in the city. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna."
"From start to finish, and we stayed 4 nights, it was excellent! It started with an upgrade due to gold status at HH, great service, clean room and fantastic breakfast buffet. Service from all employees we engaged with was TOP!"
