"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The pictures do not do the view justice! The lake Michigan shoreline is beyond gorgeous and we were visited by eagles and loons. I am convinced this is the best location on the island as it is close enough to town when you need supplies but definitely feels off the beaten path. The king bed was very comfortable and there are beautiful views from every room of the house. My teenagers loved the loft sleeping spaces as well. I also highly recommend Happy Paddle for kayak rental. Mark brought the boats right to the cabin and we were able to put in on our own shore. I was glad we brought water shoes as the beach is lovely but rocky. We enjoyed the large fire pit as well. Visiting the toy museum and the Beaver Head Light House were highlights. We are so glad we decided to explore Beaver Island and will definitely be back!"

"We had a great stay! This place was clean, well appointed, firewood provided. Excellent instructions on how to use all parts of the of the property and amenities. This location is secluded yet close to town. The view is incredible and the fireplace is so cozy and beautiful on chilly nights. "

"We had a great time staying at the Guest House for our first trip to Beaver Island. The house was clean, had everything we needed and Sarah was wonderful to work with. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. We traveled with two kids and four adults and the space was a comfortable fit for all. The kids appreciated the provided games and DVDs and the adults appreciated the deck With views of the lake. The beach access is directly across the street and this allowed for some great star gazing and rock hunting. We brought our car over, which was helpful because it is about a 25 minute drive to town. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!"
