Experience this charming two-bedroom rental nestled in the heart of downtown Beaver Island for your getaway. Ideally located near the marina, this accommodation is just a short stroll or bike ride from a diverse selection of restaurants, shops, entertainment venues, and beautiful beaches. Relax on the expansive covered deck, which provides an incredible daytime view of the harbor and transforms into a tranquil retreat for stargazing at night.

Leave your worries behind and fully embrace your stay. This rental features two bedrooms, each equipped with Queen beds and a full-size fold-out futon for additional sleeping arrangements. All linens are provided for your convenience, and you'll have access to a shared laundry facility. Enjoy entertainment options with Netflix, and complimentary Internet is included.

Welcome to the historic St. James Boat Shop. Established in 2017, our shop continues the legacy of craftsmanship started by Dan Burton and his family. Since 1985, we have specialized in creating handcrafted cherry wood boats and buckets. If you have any questions or need assistance planning your trip to Beaver Island, we are here to help. We can assist with arranging tours, travel, rentals, and event planning, as well as provide valuable advice for an unforgettable vacation experience. Wonderful Vacation Location

We had a great 5 day stay at The Boat Shop. Our apartment was well appointed with a fantastic view on the long deck. It was close to the grocery store, the brewery and a breakfast/lunch place. We rented a car one day from the boat shop and e-bikes the next day. Fantastic stay, I loved being able to drop in at the grocery and plan a meal or two to cook at the apartment.

It was our first time to Beaver Island. We loved every minute of it! Our stay was awesome. Room was just as described and a great location. Clean, roomy, easy checkin/out. Perfect and wonderful!

Loved our stay, lots of space, comfortable, had everything we needed in this apartment style home. The view was great from the deck and even looking out the sliding glass door toward the water. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was great. Appreciated the fans supplied to circulate air and keep us cool for sleeping. The property and neighborhood was quiet and right. Next door to a market. Easy to walk around and explore, grab a bite to eat, do a little shopping. My favorite part was when asked what we needed to do before departure, Carol said" you're on vacation, not us" and we didn't need to do anything!
