"Breakfast was not good and very restricted!"

"Tasha was the most accommodating host we’ve ever had at Vrbo. Almost instant responses from her if we had any questions. The backyard was very important to us because we had two dogs, and it was perfect. It was fully enclosed and no way of them getting out at all. The beds and pillows were actually very comfortable, that’s usually not the case so we were pleasantly surprised! The fire pit outside was awesome for my son and his friend to make s’mores. House was spotless and decorated beautifully. The only issue we had was with the driveway. It is very steep so be sure to closely read the directions sent to your email after booking as they are very helpful. Dogs and kids had a blast and so did my husband and myself. Thank you, Tasha for being so accommodating for me and my family. Highly recommend this place to you and your family. "

"Adorable little cabin but it needs some improvements (deep cleaning, a few repairs, etc) and I don't think the cleaning crew does more than the basics (bathrooms, counters, floors). Found random items behind furniture, what looks to be personal items of the owners throughout including condoms, and a cabinet of half eaten foods. City trash bins were all over the property; two in the front yard and a few more in the backyard along with yard tools like shovels and rakes. Would be fine for a group of young adults needing a place to crash while skiing."

"Overall I enjoyed my stay. The cabin was very conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was amazing. Just a few cons: When I arrived at about 9pm, it was 30 degrees outside and the heat in the cabin was off. I turned it on and it said the current temp in the cabin was 52 degrees and it took quite a while to warm up. The cleanliness inside the cabin was not great. There was a long black hair on the toilet seat and a discarded dried up contact lens on the nightstand in the main bedroom. It made me question if the cabin had been cleaned since the previous renters. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. "

"Very cute cabin with everything we needed and everything was clean. Loved the layout and how cozy it felt. The back porch was even fenced off so my dog could go out there. It was within walking distance to Big Bear Mountain (about a 13 minute walk) which made snowboarding early very easy. We did have a problem with no hot water coming from the shower, but the owner was immediately responsive and had someone come out to fix it very quickly. Overall it was a great stay and very dog friendly. "

"We really enjoyed this wonderful cabin! We were lucky enough to be there during a snow storm and they have a great hill for sledding. The pool/pingpong table kept us busy for hours! "

"This is a lovely house, very close to Bear Mountain. The great room is perfect for group activities and the hot tub was much appreciated after skiing. There are some things that could use updating (the glasswear, a few lightbulbs, etc) but it's very homey and comfortable."

"Pros: great communication with owner, messages were helpful and prompt, very convenient location to ski Bear Mountain, pleasant walking in the neighborhood, very family friendly cabin. Clean accommodations, Nice toiletry products, great outdoor private patio spa hot tub, fun game room with pool table, shuffle board table and vintage arcade games ( the adults liked, the kids were not amused) . Kids loved the bunk beds, extra blankets very helpful for a cozy night. Cons: the master bed mattress was so-so, the bed pillows lumpy and cheap, bring an eye mask if you need a dark room for sleeping, the kitchen pots and pans need an upgrade-used too long, burned out light bulbs and broken random lamps here and there, not enough seating at the dinning table ( only seats 4 people at dinner table). The cabin did not have enough towels for 7-8 people to shower and use the spa/1 large towel per person. Overall, very pleasant stay 4 out of 5 stars. I would book again for the ‘average rate’ weekends for this cabin. Caution on the value of the cabin if booking a high season rate. "
