"This is a beautiful property with super cute cabin rooms and suites. They have a heated pool, hot tub, and basketball court. Parking is free. There's breakfast of bagels, muffins and breads in the check in building. We just stayed one night and it was perfect for us."

"This property is managed by Destination Big Bear so you are mainly in communication with them. You actually have to pay them directly as payment does not go through Vrbo. It would have been nice to know that because I couldn't figure out how to pay through Vrbo. Check-in was easy and we were able to check-in 30 minutes early by calling. Definitely bring paper towels because they only provided one roll. There are some things that are in need of repair: handheld shower head need to be replaced, a golf ball hit one of the big windows, the pull out sofa couch is very worn down and needs to be replaced but nothing major. The kitchen should be stocked with more kitchen towels; we only encountered one. A full set of measuring cups and spoons would be beneficial and cutting boards. The home is very spacious and the common areas are able to accommodate our party of 16 comfortably. The hot-tub was a nice feature but we wish it would have gotten hotter. The back yard is fully fenced in so you don't have to worry about your dogs running out. However stay out with them because there are coyotes. Check-out was great, just take out all trash to the designated dumpster and start the dish washer. Late check out is done online, but very convoluted. We loved this property and will definitely be coming back."

"We stayed 13 nights with our two small dogs. My main search criteria was a king size bed and a fenced yard. We got that and so much more. The jacuzzi was big and clean, the neighborhood was peaceful and the home was perfectly comfy. The kitchen had everything I needed, including coffee makers, air fryer, gas range, etc. We used the gas grill twice, and it was in great shape. The washer and dryer came in really handy on our long stay. My partner officed out of the upstairs bedroom when he needed to get some work done. The weather was perfect while we were there, so we had no need for fans but they were available had we needed them.We were sad to return to the Texas heat, and would gladly stay at this property again."

"Cute little cabin with enough space for the 3 of us. Hot tub was great. The road was a little tricky to get up since there was still snow on the ground and they don’t seem to plow the neighborhood but other than that it was easy to find and very easy to check in and out. "
