"Very clean! The bed was a little uncomfortable but we didnt realize we got an ada room. The front desk staff were the friendliest. The resort was beautiful and i the fact that it was so close to Epcot"

"Room hadn't been clean well at all with pieces of stuff still on the carpet and a nasty black spot that was gel like on the bathroom floor. I took pictures and you could see this was brushed over in a rushed way that left it unacceptable. The TV was terrible. It was fuzzy on every channel and not premium at all. There's 11 channels. Two are PBS, and one is Spanish only. Several was news or local channels. The office door and one of the big windows had finger smudges all over like it was cleans after that days earlier breakfast. I was grossed out with the entire stay. The beds are not comfortable and very hard so if you want a really firm bed, this is the place. Also the toilet paper holder is behind where you'll sit on the toilet which is not reachable so you have to stand up to get to it. The A/C made a chirping noise periodically which was annoying. I paid for three nights and left after the first. It was that bad to me. You've been warned if you read this. This was my worst hotel stay in many years. This is a great location for Disney, and that's about it. I'd pay more or chose somewhere else next time."

"This resort was okay for our overnight stay before our cruise. The kids enjoyed the pool; it’s large. However, the rooms could use upgrades, I think my expectations were too high. The parking lot is way too small for the size of this resort. You will probably have to utilize the valet parking. The restaurant is expensive but, parking is so bad we didn’t want to chance moving from our unofficial parking spot on the side. I was so nervous about our rental vehicle, I didn’t sleep well thinking we’d come out to the vehicle towed; which would have been a nightmare for our vacation. Never again. "

"Highly recommend Margaritaville Orlando if looking for a resort experience right outside the attractions. Beautiful property, gorgeous pools, vibrant suites, excellent food. We highly enjoyed the pool cabanas, and had a great experience at Euphoria, the more upscale dining option at the property. We also loved the poolside bar, including frozen drinks, even available in shark or blender cups! - Instagram worthy! We also appreciated the new and upcoming boardwalk right across the street with additional food and shopping options that were easily accessible by walking, especially Ford’s Garage. This hotel was an easy uber ride to Disney, and Universal, and all of the nearby parks, while still maintaining the Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville resort feel. It is a great option for couples looking to get away or families looking to reconnect. Highly recommend!"

"Hotel is in a great location, and the housekeeping staff was always pleasant. The front desk employee who checked us in was friendly as well. I also liked the modern vending machines, ice available on every floor, and the gift shop inside the hotel. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the property was disappointing. There were a lot of shady and loud people hanging around outside at night — loud enough to hear clearly from the 3rd floor with the windows closed. The hotel really needs better security because many unsavory characters pass through the area. The pool and hot tub were very dirty. The hot tub didn’t even work and had large cracks in the steps that looked hazardous. My kids even found a huge rusted nail inside the kiddie pool. Pool furniture was old and torn up. The room itself did not feel clean. There were stains on surfaces that looked like either chemical runoff or dirt. Curtains were missing, and the ones that were there looked old and dirty. Lamp shade were broken/dirty. Toilet had a leak. Our room also had no chair or small couch, so we always had to sit on the beds. Bath towels were extremely small — more like toddler-sized towels — and looked old and crusty. The bathroom layouts are awkward and could really benefit from pocket doors or better design. The lobby bathrooms also lacked a main door, and at one point I unfortunately walked by and saw a man using the restroom from the lobby area."
