"We had purposely chosen this hotel for it's proximity to Catalina Ferry which is walking distance. They offer everything we need. Free breakfast, hot tub and pool. 24hour front desk and room service on request. You are not renting a Hilton hotel luxury room but you are not also paying a Hilton price. We stayed 4 nights that didn't break the bank. I noticed many multi-generations of family staying there with their pets. I imagine it was built circa 1980's and that families stayed there when it was new. The kids are now grandparents treating their grandkids to the same great experience. I would stay there again and hope they do not modernize anything including the antique wall art."

"Terrible room. The bathroom did not have bodywash, upon calling the desk a guy came with another bottle of the wash which had only 4drops of wash. He apologized and said we don’t have anymore….like what??? he handed me soap bars and left. The mirror outside the bathroom was dirty. It was really bad. The breakfast place barely had any food.. "

"What an amazing time! Everything was exceptional. We took full advantage of all the amenities the resort had to offer. The staff at the front desk, all of the food service employees, housekeeping and valet were so professional and accommodating. Food and drinks were were 10/10. Room views were so picturesque.
