"My husband and I recently stayed at Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An, and the experience was superb from start to finish. Luna checked us in with incredible patience and warmth, and she continued to take great care of us throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile at breakfast and making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide range of options that catered to guests from all over the world also allowing us to explore Vietnamese cuisine. The entire staff was consistently warm and inviting, contributing to a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Our room was delightful, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a round bed. It took a little time to get used to, but we eventually grew to appreciate it and found it comfortable and unique. Overall, a wonderful stay with attentive service and thoughtful touches. We highly recommend Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An for couples and travelers seeking a relaxing, well-appointed retreat with genuinely caring staff."

"Lovely setting - great pool , beach and ocean! We slept with windows open and could hear the waves on the beach! Yummy happy hour and terrific breakfast! We enjoyed super spa treatments. They were terrific at getting us to and from the airport with the car service. Wonderful way to end our trip to Vietnam! "

"This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel. It is close to the ocean and the river, with beautiful design and atmosphere. The food and beverages are outstanding too but the real highlight is the incredible service - everyone has been so warm and kind, and we already don’t want to leave. If you are looking for a place in Hoi A this is the one. Unbelievably relaxing. Highly recommend."

"We really enjoyed this properly away from the hustle and bustle of the main town right on the river side and a great cafe right next door . Motorbike rentals and coconut basket boat tours next door down and a shop about 150 meters away for bits and pieces . Only 8min grab ride from main township. Enjoying the sounds of frogs in the evening chirping away close to nature but with all the amenities for convenience . Loved the pool low key chill vibe stay . Will be back for sure "
