"Very good breakfast "

"Hotel overall was ok. I did not like that the room was not available once we arrived at 10am. Front desk told us we had to wait until check out which is 12pm for rooms to empty. I did not like there was a charge for beach chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast was ok, it was the same thing every day. We had little ants that started to come in our room. We told the front desk to spray and it was taken care of, no more ants after that. The hallways of the hotel is beautiful but the inside rooms need to have bathrooms updated. Our window in the bathroom was broken. Beach is beautiful, never crowded the week we were there. Water is beautiful, only two days we couldn’t swim because the water was really rough. Staff at the hotel are very nice. "

"The best of the 4 hotels we stayed in during our visit to Rio. The only one that wasn’t full of mosquitoes ☺️ lovely rooftop pool made it feel like a holiday vs hostel.. good air conditioning too. "

"The stay was nice. I will say The cleaners didn’t do very well with sweeping the floors. I went to the beach every day and the floors were still sandy after it was “cleaned”. The breakfast was a waste of money. Im still trying to get my money back for the breakfast. You are better off going to the restaurant across the street for breakfast it was better, more fresh, and cheaper. The juice at the hotel breakfast was good . That was the only thing. The fruit wasn’t fresh, i don’t eat meat so i cant tell you how that was. Over all the stay was good , i just want my money back for the breakfast. I only ate there once and i paid for a week. "

"I left a review for my first experience, but i forgot to mention the shuttle driver left me for the beach, then returned later to waste time. The beach was a 5 min drive that ended up being 45 minutes due to this nonsense. This is what prompted me to only spend two days here along with other things. The front desk staff spoke english and that helped, but again no early check in offered and the lack of adapter in the rooms is just a huge inconvenience."

"I requested an early check-in but never received any update or confirmation. When I arrived at the hotel, I had to wait in the lobby for more than eight hours before my room was ready. Had I known this in advance, I would have booked an additional night to ensure the room was available earlier. The staff was unhelpful and unable to accommodate even a one-hour early check-in. I was only able to access my room after 3:00 PM."
