Roupas de cama confortáveis, toalhas bem limpa e trocadas todos os dias, café da manhã bom, mas achei que faltou algumas coisas como cuscuz e tapioca. Hotel bloqueou nosso cartão as 11h sendo que o checkout era 12h, achei ruim isso. No teto tinha mofo, não tem ventilação e onde estender as toalhas, acho que por isso mofa. Localização distante de tudo.

Sugiro modernização e manutenção.

Hotel padrão Ibis, mas a propriedade precisa passar por uma modernização e providenciar manutenções nas instalações. Quarto disponibilizado no checkin apresentava pia entupida, cofre inoperante, vazamento no ar-condicionado, telefone inoperante. Solicitamos outro quarto e fomos atendidos, mas o cofre permaneceu inoperante e a pia ainda que não estivesse entupida o escoamento era lento e demorado causando barulho durante algum tempo durante a noite. Pontos positivos: funcionários educados e prestativos; Wi-Fi de boa qualidade; televisão com ótima imagem e qualidade e variedade de canais; café da manhã satisfatório. A região é um pouco deserta durante a noite. Do outro lado da avenida tem um shopping Center com boa variedade de lojas e praça de alimentação.

Infelizmente tive problemas com muito mofo nas suítes, pedi troca e ainda assim fui para outra suíte com mofo... Quando falei novamente, trocaram para uma nova suíte sem mofo. Mas o estrago já estava feito, muita alergia, dor de cabeça e outros sintomas já haviam aparecido. Até perguntei se haviam tido problemas com vazamentos... se não me engano, ouvi falarem que outros hospedes também estavam insatisfeitos... quartos com mofo nas peredes, rodapés, porta, almofada do sofá, até no corredor dava para ver problemas com madeira inchada pela água, etc... Parecia ter feito uma "reforma" rápida, mas não eficiente, pois se não secar toda fonte de umidade, o mofo retorna nos gessos, etc... Tinham marcas de massa corrida e tinta, só que as manchas de mofo, partes em madeira inchadas pela água, mostravam o problema. A limpeza também deixou a desejar... Não consegui anexar as fotos.

Comparado a outros hotéis da rede, esse Ibis deixou a desejar. Café da manhã sofrível, pago a parte. Sem estacionamento, pago a parte. Aparelho de TV só com recepção (péssima) por antena. Pelo preço total, poderia ter escolhido outro hotel em melhores condições.

Gostei muito de tudo, cafe muito bom e variado, inicia as 6h, que para o objetivo da hospedagem foi um ponto muito bom!! Quarto bem cheiroso e cama confortável. Um único ponto negativo somente para quem sabe ser observado e providenciado é o cheiro de mofo assim que saimos do elevedor no corredor do segundo andar onde ficamos. Muito cheiro de mofo, acredito que no tapete. Fora isso, tudo excelente!

Estive hospedado para o show da Lady Gaga, gostei do café da manhã, os quartos são pequenos mas confortáveis. Em relação a localização basta atravessar a avenida que chegamos no Shopping, o que facilita bastante. Para o metrô mais próximo é necessário pegar Uber/Táxi.

Bom preço, lugar bonito e bem localizado, mas café da manhã ruim, funcionários pouco cordiais, cheiro de mofo no tapete do corredor e muito barulho externo, o qual a janela "acústica" em nada ajudou.

Pessima experiencia

Terrível estadia. Quarto com a luz principal queimada, chuveiro quando aberto jogava água para fora do box, que molhava o banheiro todo, cheiro no quarto era horrível. Atendimento péssimo, recepcionistas sempre ríspidas. Nunca tive experiências semelhantes nos hotéis Íbis ou na rede Accor, só ficamos lá porque o Rio de Janeiro estava cheio neste fim de semana e não haviam outros hotéis disponíveis.

The staff was not friendly. They did not let us check in even forty minutes before the official check-in time. We only needed the room for three hours, and that forty minutes would have been a big help since I had a video call at work. I ended up taking the call in their restaurant, as the lobby just had one couch, which was already taken. There were two desks as well. One was occupied, and they were so close to the reception and distracting.
