A little disappointing

It’s ok for the price, but the bedroom I paid for was mark as luxury, and it wasn’t luxurious at all. It was actually an ADA room, which I haven’t asked for, and I really dont like it. Breakfast ok! Location perfect.

Vogue Hotel Review I recently stayed at the Vogue Hotel, and while it had its positives, there were a few things I’d want fellow travelers to be aware of. As someone who’s not from Brazil, I wasn’t completely familiar with the area, and in hindsight, I might not choose this location again if you’re a tourist. It’s not in the most tourist-friendly area, so if you’re looking for a more central spot, this might not be the best fit. A couple of issues with the room: the beds only came with a sheet (no blankets or comforters), which felt a bit minimal. Also, the bathroom had some small flying insects around, which was unpleasant. On the plus side, the pool and bar areas are quite nice, and there are some local restaurants right downstairs, which was convenient. The staff doesn’t speak much English, but I understand that, being in Brazil, they mostly cater to Portuguese-speaking guests. Still, as a traveler, it could be helpful to know a few basic phrases to get by. Overall, it’s an okay option, but there are definitely areas for improvement, especially for tourists not familiar with the area.

It was our favorite... now it's disappointing.

Unfortunately, my last two reservations at the Vogue were disappointing since we have loyally prioritized the hotel for a few years. All the working staff at the Front Desk and the Breakfast Restaurant have always treated us professionally and respectfully. The last time we stayed at the Vogue Fashion Hotel, we were assigned a room lacking the basic comforts and amenities advertised. The room was missing the comfortable armchair that is shown in the photos; the air-conditioning unit was broken (missing the wind direction flaps, so the air blew directly on top of the bed!); there was no coffee machine or coffee cups, no drinking glasses, no security safe, and no shaving mirror in the bathroom. The comforter on the queen-size bed was the wrong size - it was for a single bed! There also was a lot of dust under the bed - it was evident that nobody had vacuumed or swept the floor there in weeks. I remember that this was room 413. We arrived late for our next reservation there due to an unexpected airport and airline emergency layover crisis event in São Paulo. So we requested to speak with a manager to explain our situation. The front desk attendant, Igor (who is always friendly and efficient!), put us in contact with a person who identified herself as “Miranda, from the Reservation Dept.” After a brief conversation with my wife, she said she had no record or knowledge of our fidelity and could do nothing for us. We like Vogue,but sadly, the maintenance has deteriorated.

Convenient hotel inside Vogue Square Mall, lots of restaurants within walking distance , parking is charged, spacious room and bed, good shower. Breakfast is the same menu for years, not bad but no changes in the menu for all these years i have been a guest in the hotel.

Hotel preferido, mas com experiência ruim.

Sou hóspede assíduo do hotel, adoro me hospedar no vogue. No entanto, tivemos uma certa indisposição, por parte de uma atendente, que não fez questão de sequer verificar a possibilidade de mudarmos o quarto, diante de nossas alegações. Falou que se quiséssemos fazer o upgrade, era só pagar 200 reais por diária, ou seja, mais 600 reais. Além disso, quando solicitamos dois pratos e talheres, para comermos nossa comida, disseram que não poderiam fornecer, que normalmente cobram pela utilização. No entanto, NUNCA havia sido sequer cogitada tal situação em momentos anteriores. Se é política do hotel, ok, entendo. Agora querer cobrar um talher emprestado, seria um ABSURDO!

Muito boa, pessoal muito solicito, entretanto o ar-condicionado estava sem uma das paletas que direcionam o ar, fazendo com que o vento soprasse encima da cama. Alem disso, o encosto da cama estava com manchas e um pouco sujo.

Precisa melhorar!

Conheço o Hotel Vogue desde sua inauguração. Durante minha estadia precisei trocar de quarto uma vez porque esse ñ tinha máquina de café e o chuveiro não funcionava direito e a TV não era smart (quarto 102). Ao mudar de quarto o ar condicionado continuava sendo um aparelho velho e sem aletas para direcionar o vento que ventava em cima da cama q nem um furacão. Mesmo quando recolocaram as aletas, não era possível redirecionar o vento, então precisei colocar um durex pra orientar o vento para fora da cama. A TV do quarto apesar de smart estava com TODOS os serviços de Streaming bloqueados. Precisei resetar a TV em configuração de fábrica e redirecionar a internet do meu celular para a TV para que conseguisse minimamente acessar o Globoplay (o resto não funcionava). As cortinas já estão ficando manchadas. Os banheiros tinham moscas volantes. Eu sei q existem obras sendo feitas porque já peguei quartos perfeitos, mas é preciso acelerar e padronizar todos os quartos o mais rápido possível. No mais adoro o Vogue Square Hotel e pretendo voltar muito em breve!

Pontos ótimos e o que precisa melhorar

Travesseiros muito moles. A cabeça afunda e não permite boa acomodação do pescoço, causando torcicolo e dores na cervical. Café da manhã excelente, pena que os ovos mexidos, o pão de queijo e as panquecas estavam frios. Equipe muito educada e gentil. A ausência de coberta no quarto não foi algo bom. Até porque demoraram tanto para trazer a coberta quando pedimos (depois de 1 hora e meia ainda não tinha sido entregue), que precisamos descer para pedir pessoalmente. A existência de mutas baratas circulando nos canteiroa, jardineiras e na calçada, até de dia (!) Causou uma impressão bem ruim. No último dia, uma funcionária nos abordou, enquanto fumávamos próximo à entrada e nos pediu, muito gentilmente, para chegarmos mais para longe da porta e perto da jardineira. Expliquei que eu até queri fazer isso, mas, com tantas baratas por lá, fica difícil. Mostramos as baratas a ela e a um funcionário que estava fazendo uma pesquisa de satisfação do cliente, na saída do café da manhã. Excelente oferecerem serviço de quarto 24 horas! Ruim só ter tomada 220w. Chuveiro bom e água quente na pia também são destaque que agrada muito. Enfim...voltaria? Talvez. Mas, com meus travesseiros e um inseticida poderoso.
