Excellent stay at this beautiful Hotel. It has 2 cute restaurants, a very nice pool. A 24 hour open gym. All the staff its very friendly. The beach its wide but it has a lot of street vendors who really bothers. The area its safe.I fully recommend this Hotel.

Honestly, the photos don't really do this property justice. I am a frequent traveller and found myself in awe several times during my stay. From the breathtaking views to the impeccable service and amenities, I have to give the Grand Hyatt an 11/10. I will be back!

They key of my room never work , I had to make multiple trip down to get a new key , for Americans never take the driver from the hotel , they completely over charge , the rooms are never clean , the staff very unfriendly .. not a good experience in this hotel and I don’t recommend

I initially was concerned about the location of the resort as it was quite far from where the "touristy" beaches (Copacabana and Ipanema) were, but I was glad I made a reservation. If you want a lesser crowded beach with the ability to relax and unwind, this is the hotel/resort to be. I absolutely loved it!!! I highly recommend it to anyone.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I traveled solo and I felt safe. The resort is far from all tourist attractions so you don’t get a hotel pickup when booking outside from the concierge table so you will have a Uber. Ubers is not expensive . Pool area is beautiful but closes at 7:00 pm and the breakfast was wonderful. 10/10

Muito boa experiência, desde o check in até o check out. todos da equipe muito educados e simpáticos. Café da manhã excelente. Com observação, apenas dois detalhes: 1- o colchão é bom mas acho que já está na hora de trocar; 2- o tempo na fila do check out foi muito longo.

We stayed at the hotel with family and friends for a week to attend a wedding It was very convenient, in a safe area and is well maintained. the housekeeping staff do a great job We ate at Canto several times - Food and service is excellent During our stay there was a festival lunch in the Grand Ballroom - the buffet spread, music and service was marvellous The highlight for us was The Grand Club. Such helpful, kind and pleasant staff and a good selection of food at breakfast and cocktail hour, Only negative was that despite booking numerous rooms, an upgrade for two nights was declined, apart
