When we also had some issues with our early magic pass, which was not their fault, they resolved it for us quickly and compensated with some fast track for our fav rides. "Overall, I have had a very positive experience. The room is impressively quiet and clean, providing a very comfortable atmosphere. I also find the location to be excellent; being so close to the RER A station is incredibly convenient for travel. Furthermore, your shuttle bus service to Disneyland Paris is very well-organized and has made my trips to the park seamless. I do, however, want to mention one small issue with the bathroom design. Because there is no shower curtain, the floor tends to get quite wet after a shower. I thought you might like to know this, as it can make the tiles a bit slippery. While I haven't had the chance to try the spa facilities, the rest of my stay has been wonderful, and the staff have been very helpful."
