Go for a courtyard patio!

Outstanding property. Had a courtyard patio, which I would highly recommend. Great location: clean, beautiful, great service. Didn’t want to leave.

Slightly disappointed , on arrival no spaces free for spa ( had to book in time slot apparently??) So didn’t visit . Room was a bit small & paid extra for balcony which was pointless in winter months !! Good breakfast.

Room was great. Staff was awkward (concierge, front desk and bell man were all the same person) and they do not have parking onsite. You have to walk to an underground parking garage to which they will give you a parking voucher. Although they have an hotel restaurant, the restaurant will not charge meals to your room (be prepared, bring your wallet).

Très déçu par la prestation pour le prix très élevé (360€!). Chambre minuscule. De nombreux détails manquants indignes d’un 4* : pas de chaussons pour aller au spa, pas de Kleenex, pas de papier toilette de secours, pas de frigidaire, une climatisation déficiente, un petit déjeuner quelconque avec des viennoiseries décongelées mauvaises, du pain pas frais, du jus d’orange industriel mauvais, des tasses publicitaires détonant dans le cadre. Heureusement que la piscine rattrape sinon la note aurait été rouge et avec un hammam en panne… inachevé ou mal entretenu ou mesquin ? Je ne sais que dire….

O hotel é muito bem localizado, no centro, e bastante charmoso. O quarto padrão tem bom tamanho e é confortável. O café da manhã é excelente. Um ponto negativo foi o ar-condicionado: apesar de dizerem que estava ligado, não funcionou — felizmente conseguimos abrir a janela. Também sentimos falta de gentileza por parte dos atendentes: chegamos com muitas malas e ninguém se ofereceu para ajudar, o que não condiz com o padrão do hotel. No geral, recomendamos o hotel pela localização, charme e café da manhã, mas com ressalvas quanto ao atendimento.

Très bel hôtel en plein centre-ville Nous avions une Chambre confortable avec terrasse. Gros bémol sur le petit déjeuner: de base l’offre est assez pauvre avec des produits bas de gamme. A 9h30 il n’y avait plus rien à manger et le responsable nous a dit que c’était trop tard, il ne pouvait plus rien faire en cuisine…

Séjour court, visite du château.

De passage à Fontainebleau pour visiter le château nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour la beauté du bâtiment (intérieur et extérieur) et le spa avec un sauna et une très belle piscine (attention au sol glissant au abord du bassin).

Ikke varmt vann i dusj eller vask. Det manglet også en andre rull med toalettpapir. Det luktet på rommet, vi tror det var fuktskader som luktet. Vi kom til frokost 09.30, da var det tomt for nesten alt i varmebeholderne.
