Nice and decent

It is not in a very beautiful surrounding, but conveniently close to a couple of restaurants. Breakfast is a bit poor. But the smiling receptionist Melissa is balancing all downsides to this hotel

I have to fight with staff for breakfast I paid for it. The front lady said you will come down jn the morning at the café to get your breakfast as long as you have your 5 items. I come down and the kitchen lady has to stop me from picking food in front of everyone( what an embarrassment) she said you are not supposed to eat here since you have a special plate. Your breakfast supposed to be served in your room. I said that not what I was told. She treated me like I was there to steel food. I was so embarrassed I decided not to come down anymore. When I complained to the front people they start fighting with me like I was lying. No one apologize. I’m asking for my money back since I paid breakfast and have never had a chance to eat it. Big désappointement

Personnel courtois et serviable. A l'écoute. Il manque une petite bouteille d'eau dans les chambres. Surtout que vous avez une bouilloire et du the, mais sans eau, a part l'eau du robinet si vous arrivez à l'utiliser avec les robinets.

Très bon hôtel situé dans une zone où les commerces sont accessibles et calme L'intérieur très sympathique, le confort de la chambre est vraiment bien avec une mention pour la literie Néanmoins dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de volets au fenêtres et l'accueil gagnerai a être plus agréable.

Je suis venu à l'hotel Kyriad pour 2 nuit avec une collègue suite à un séminaire. L'équipe d'accueil est très agréable souriant et accueillant, les chambres sont très propre et bien entretenues ! Peut-être juste un petit point qui pourrait être rectifié, il manque dans la salle de bain une brosse à toilette et une bonde pour retenir l'eau, ce qui éviterait le gaspillage d'eau quand on se rase. Merci encore à toutes les équipes pour leur professionnalisme ! Je recommande à 200%

Expérience déplorable, hôtel à fuir

J'ai séjourné trois nuits dans cet hôtel et l'expérience a été catastrophique. Dès la première nuit, l'eau de l'évier s'évacue mal, nous signalons le problème. Le lendemain, la situation empire : l'eau fuit sous l'évier, rendant le robinet totalement inutilisable. Nous avons donc passé deux nuits sans pouvoir utiliser le lavabo, sans aucune solution proposée pour nous reloger ou réparer la situation. Le pire ? L'attitude du personnel. Aucune considération pour notre problème, aucun geste, aucune excuse. Leur seule réponse ? L'indifférence. Un service honteux et inacceptable pour un établissement qui prétend accueillir des clients. Je déconseille vivement cet hôtel. Passez votre chemin si vous souhaitez un minimum de confort et de respect. Merci tout de même pour le dédommagement => 1 paquet de chips.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix avec un confort de literie au-dessus de mes attentes pour cette gamme d'hôtel (oreillers à mémoire de forme). Le buffet de petit-déjeuner est juste exceptionnel avec tous les ingrédients que l'on puisse souhaiter (et même du pain des sportifs)
