Barcelona Airport Hotel

"Hotel is located about a 10 minute drive from the airport in an industrial area with no amenities. It was clean. It has an outdoor pool that was closed. Had a burger / fries in the hotel restaurant and it was very good. The free airport transfer was very disappointing. We arrived around noon in T2 and walked about a half km to the hotel shuttle stop. The hotel shuttle went by us without stopping. I called the hotel and the AI assistant told us that the shuttle stop was in another place. We went to where we we were instructed only to have the shuttle bus pass by without stopping. I called the hotel again and was told by the front desk that the AI assistant was new and needed to be trained and to go back to the hotel shuttle pick up point. By the time the shuttle picked us up we had waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for the 10 minute ride to the airport. We were told that if the shuttle fills up at T1 it won't pick up at T2. We should have just taken a cab!! Hotel is about a 45 minute drive to the Cruiseport in heavy traffic."

"Good AC, comfy bed, great location, used the various train services to go on long and short trips - checkin can be quite slow if there’s a lot of people at once. My friends waited 40 mins in the queue. Would stay here again for sure!"

"Our stay was nice and pleasant at Hamza house. Good mattress and clean bed sheets. All modern and new decor. The location was the best. We just loved everything there. The only confusion was on check in proceds. I don't know if we get it wrong but I wish it ckearly says just check in at the hotel califonia. We arrived at Hamza and didn't know what to do."
