Nice room, clean, with a very large bathroom and shower, especially for Europe. The only aspect I didn’t like was the glass bathroom door (frosted glass) as it seems like a poor choice for stopping light and sound from disturbing whoever is asleep in the room. The lift was broken so that was challenging with luggage but we only had to go up one floor and the staff was very apologetic. Good location for restaurants and cafes. It was a little difficult to navigate our way to the parking lot, even with Google Maps, but we found a parking spot in the underground lot without issue.

Ver nice hotel at reasonable rates, close to the train station and fairly close to Saharan Familia. Plenty of yellow cabs available just outside the gates because there is a huge hospital next door. Exceptional room service- I had a broken shower repaired in less than 5 min. Bathrooms are large with some unusual facilities like shoehorns! Water pressure in showers is very good. Only a small issue is that one cannot adjust the temperature of the air conditioning. But it was quite comfortable. Beds are very comfortable and there is a full length mirror which I appreciate very much because it helps ladies dress up better. Staff are very cheerful and helpful. Lots of eateries around and location is really good. Highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was clean but ran down. In the room where we stayed the window was behind the pillar with no natural light coming into the room, with a view of an office space on the other side. The area is nice, close to stores and public transportation.
