"Loved the vibe of the hotel, staff was very nice and helpful.Great hotel, great location Room set ups were neat and made the space feel bigger! Breakfast was wonderful! Wide variety of options and very nice dining space. Gym was set up a little oddly and Peloton was not activated but overall a great stay! Would definitely stay again "

"We were really looking forward to our stay since we had a wonderful stay one year ago When we checked in I was told that since we booked through EXPEDIA we would be getting a room where men would be doing work outside our window for the 5 days that we were there. Therefore we would need to keep the shades down the entire time. The men were climbing up and down ladders in front of our window. We were made to feel like this is what we deserved since we didn’t book with the hotel directly and booked through EXPEDIA"

"Great location for sure and the modern minimalist lobby is very nice. Rooms are simple but nice and bed was comfy. However cleanliness wasn't up to par. We found receipts on the floor from the previous guests and there were cigaret butts on the tiny terrace and the sink could have used a little wash down as well. Which means either they didn't clean it between guests or did a rush job. Which is also disappointing given that we had to pay 40 pounds to check in early because we arrived at noon and check I. Wasn't until 3. We would've just left our bags and gone exploring but it was 15 pounds per item so with 3 suitcases it was cheaper to pay to check in early. It's like they rush to get the rooms ready in order to do the upcharge for early check in thing. Probably also why check out is 10am (or you can pay to get a later check out). Not cool Zedwell ...not cool."

"Location is amazing for the theatre district! Hotel is also so close to Trafalgar Square and easy walk across Hyde Park to Buckingham Palace. Hotel did a great job accommodating a request for a roll-away bed. Mattress on our King Size bed was so comfortable and slept great. Highly recommend!"

"Its ok for a 2 night stay , extremely tight do not bring alot of luggage , not for the clostrophobic .that being said , very quiet where we were and the location is great , very clean."
