"The food was terrible and pricey. I had ordered a Puerto Rican bread Egg and ham sandwich and received something that was not Puerto Rican bread and it was burnt!! I ordered chicken wings from the menu. They were dry and cold!!! "

"Room floors were sticky and with black soot. The shower was very tiny and no handicap bars or handles. I had to carry my luggage from the 3rd floor because the elevator was broken; there was no staff to assist."

"We had a great stay for 11 days here. House was clean; had everything we needed and we loved the jacuzzi. We enjoyed the kayaks, sounds of the Coqui frogs, and iguanas in the backyard. We enjoyed going to Rincon and its beaches (about 15min.), Cabo Rojo and the bioluminescent bay (about one hour each) and Finca La Providencia for a tour of their cocoa farm (about 20 min.). The one downside during our stay was that it had rained quite a bit in the mountains and the sediment, along with some drift wood collected at the beach that is within walking distance of the house, so we weren't able to swim there. It led to us exploring other beaches though. Eric was great to communicate with and quickly took care of the couple of issues that arose during our stay. "

"We had a wonderful stay at La Hacienda! The house had everything we could want especially the beach right across the street. The kids loved all the basketball hoop and all the yard games! "
