"I booked a room for two nights only to discover less than an hour before check in that the reservation was canceled. Multiple possible reasons were given without a definitive reason. Upon reading the list of possible reasons, I learned that they don’t accept reservations less than 48 hours in advance. I don’t know if this is an oversight by the owner of this property, or Hotels.com. I had confirmation of this reservation. Fortunately, being off season, I was able to find alternative accommodations in Rincon. Maybe, short term rentals do not belong on this booking site. "

"Amazing place and excellent check in process. The property is amazing, waking up to the ocean view every morning was the best. Quiet neighborhood, excellent for families and a short drive to all attractions and activities. "

"I stayed in at Pelican Reef before, but at a smaller unit. This other one was perfect for my family and me. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the place and majestuosity of the views. You don't need to go anywhere. This place has it all and the host is "Johnny on the spot" if you need anything anytime. Already reserved my next visit. Can't wait!"

"First of all, let me say that our host, Jennifer, was awesome. She was very reliable, and took care of any problems immediately. The condo itself is beautiful and spacious, with 2 large balconies and amazing ocean views. There are also many extra amenities that we were not expecting like beach chairs, towels, coolers, etc So we were very happy with the condo itself. The only problem we had was to get the key you were given instructions that the key was in a drop box on a pole along the entrance. There were 2 poles with drop boxes and many were broken and unlabeled, so we had a little trouble finding ours. I did let Jennifer know and she said she would take care of it. The beach in front of the condo is very rocky, but there is a sidegate that leads to a small beach area that the water is swimmable. The water does start out calm in the am, but the current picks up in the afternoon. The only reason I gave 3 stars to the property nearby is because to the right of the hotel is a partially fallen down house and another collapsed building which is your view when you are out in the water. There also is not really a way to walk along the beach which we normally like to do. So if you are looking for a quiet more secluded beach, then this is for you. If your looking for one that is more active, with lots of nearby activities, then this probably is not the place. So all in all, we really enjoyed our stay, except the water is not the Caribbean blue that we were expecting "

"The size of the apartment was perfect for us. The 2 bathrooms were a plus. It was a perfect location and the parking was safe. The property is in a quiet area; perfectly close to a beach, bakery and pharmacy. We enjoyed our stay! "

"Our family made its second trip to Rincon Puerto Rico for the entire month of June. This VRBO listing was exactly as promised pristinely clean, easy to access off the main road and within minutes to beautiful beaches and adventures in each direction we arrived June 1 departed June 30 and filled each day full of tons of baseball beach adventures hiking Waterfalls rainforest, enjoying the culture, enjoying the food and so much more. With ease of communication there was never an issue that we couldn’t find a quick answer to the only thing I might have changed would be an outdoor grill in the common area to share beyond that it was very easy to make things work for an entire month Washing machine, and dryer work immaculately everything was brand new condition. No musty smells nothing that would be displeasing I hope this review helps somebody make a choice to stay at this beautiful property and enjoy all there is in the area and all around."
