CENTRALLY LOCATED, STYLISH & AFFORDABLE: Waller House - Offering all your modern conveniences and nestled in a quiet street in the prestigious suburb of Newington, in Ballarat.

Waller House is fully renovated with a relaxing feel. It is located in the heart of Ballarat Central and most cafes and hotels are within a short walking distance. More importantly Sovereign Hill and Her Majesty's Theatre and Lake Wendouree are all within a 2km radius.

This spacious light filled 3 bedroom home will suit groups, business travellers, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends.

House offers a newly renovated kitchen / dining area, large lounge with a super comfy leather lounge suite and 3 large bedrooms .

All beds have extremely comfy pillow top mattresses and electric blankets. A great fit for a good night sleep.

Pet Friendly - yard is secure and pet friendly location. Walk your dog around Lake Wendouree. If pets are inside we do ask that you vacuum before leaving and don't have pets in bedrooms for comfort of future guests. Pets are not to be left home alone inside property.
