"Beware of “resort” fee. They do not mention at checking in or on Expedia during booking. Overall great hotel just did not like the surprise charge. "

"The room was great! Just be ready for a bunch of hidden fees. You have to pay 35$ per night for parking that is charged to your room on top of the 32$ per night for hotel fees. They want 150$ a night for incidentals that’s due at check in. so on top of paying for the room upon check in they wanted another 900$. They did inform us anything we charged to our room and the parking would come out of the incidentals. They will also charge your card randomly. We woke up to a 200$ charge and they said we were 500$ into the 900$ and they just wanted to “make sure we had enough money” they didn’t ask or anything. Room service is an extra 35$ on top of the expensive food with the 10$ delivery fee, 10$ automatic gratuity and all the taxes they add on. The resort is beautiful i just think they should disclose a lot of things that they did not "

"We stayed for a week and had an overall pleasant stay. The staff was great, and the hotel itself was super clean. My only complaint was the parking/construction nearby, and the scented sheets and towels. For those with sensitive skin, the hotel uses a cheaper detergent (from I can tell) and it left us feeling pretty uncomfortable during a longterm stay. We didn’t have a chance to ask if they could bring us a different set of sheets, so it’s possible they can work with you, but generally we expect hotels to have unscented/hypoallergenic detergent for bedding and towels. Otherwise, it’s fun, quirky hotel, and a perfect place to stay on the edge of Dallas. Also, super clean!"

"My stay was quite, my room is clean. The breakfast was great. Staff was very polite and tried to accommodate my needs which I’m very grateful for and I had a sense of security."

"I loved my stay here. It was like stepping back in time to the 1920's. The art deco theme holds throughout, and the view from the top floors is phenomenal! I've loved the Pegasus atop this building since I was a child, so this place was a real treat. The only two negatives are that the mattress was a little hard and if you bring your car, expect to pay nearly $50 a night for parking. Still, what a find! "

"The property was clean and staff were very nice however the hotel is outdated and our room was very hot. Granted we did stay on the 17th floor but I also expected the room to be nicer since I paid an upgrade. They did say they would be updating/remodeling soon. Will come back just might not pay the extra for the upgrade/lounge."

"The room was very spacious and clean,staff was super nice. The breakfast was ok. There was not a lot of parking due to the restaurants in the area. Overall my stay was comfortable. Next time I'm in Dallas I will be staying there again. Oh I forgot the lobby decor was beautiful."
