The hotel had only been open about a month when we stayed, and it seemed only the 5th floor was in use while the others were being remodeled. Despite this, we heard no construction noise at all! The rooms were clean, modern, and everything seemed brand new. There’s a nice common area, which worked well for my remote meetings, and the complimentary breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable, and parking was easy with plenty of spaces. The 64" TV was a nice bonus for watching games. The pool was also available for use. Tyler was amazing—very helpful and quick to bring extra blankets when we needed them. The only downsides were that the light next to the TV wouldn’t turn off (or we couldn’t figure it out), and there was no phone in the room, so we had to call the front desk from our cell. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very clean. the location of the hotel makes it easy to go around downtown. Valet staff is very nice. Front desk staff some are nicer than others. The outdoor is super fun. the hotel has a few food options that are okay

This is a beautiful hotel with such friendly staff! Breakfast was delicious and included pancakes, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, a variety of muffins and bagels, coffee, juices and milk. Coffee, tea and iced water were available in the main lobby 24/7. The suite itself was beautifully decorated, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room to not feel crowded. Check in was quick and easy, as was check out. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Dallas! Exceptional hotel!
