"Everybody was so friendly and helpful with great Hiroshima hospitalities which is absolutely a top notch level and unforgettable accommodations. I what I was very impressed was, during our check in process, it was a small discrepancies occurred between hotels.com and hotel and kind of made us feel a bit chilly at the moment, however, she took care of everything and arranged the room very quickly as if nothing had happened in the beginning. We truly appreciate for her quick response for the issue and there rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. We truly appreciate them. "Amazing hotel! But the 2 special unique items I really enjoyed is how close the hotel is to the start of the bike trail. Also, there is a few free chair massager in the hallway for guests to use! It was wonderful after a day of biking. The hotel also offers spectacular views of both sunset and sunrise, which can be hard to find in some hotels."
