"We had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. We booked two rooms, and both were extremely dirty. We found roaches, and there were hairs on the pillows and sheets. The bathroom was also filthy, and the air conditioning was leaking. We asked to switch rooms, but the second room was just as bad. We barely slept and tried to check out the next day, hoping for a refund. Sadly, they are refusing to reimburse us for the other 4 nights we didn’t stay. I would strongly advise against staying here, it was a nightmare."

"Tried to contact hotel for 3 days and couldn't get the phone answered at all. TV didn't work first night but next day it was resolved. Room service was flawless. Room and bay view with balcony was great. Hot swimming pool was a plus for evenings. Restaurant was pretty good as well as the breakfast. Overall good experience and all staff was very amiable."

"The pool and grounds are great. The breakfast and onsite restaurants and pool bar and grill were great. The other fun options were great for my teens - bowling go karts and billiards. We loved this resort but the rooms need some significant updating. It wasn’t dirty per se but run down. I hope Hilton gives this resort some love because it can be phenomenal if they do. "
