"This place needs a serious makeover"

"The rooms are the best. All are so unique. We never had this one. It was L-shaped very large for just a single room. We usually get like a corner or a one bedroom. This was great. Always absolutely silent in this hotel because the rooms are down little passageways very cool"

"We were in Cleveland for a concert and stayed the night at Fidelity Hotel. We will definitely choose this location again! It’s beautiful! Staff was quick to help with valet, check-in, the restaurant and check-out. Our dinner was fantastic! "

"Room was nice and big, meeting space for clients in breakfast are and rooms, breakfast was really good, and staff friendly. Not the cheapest and parking cost a bit, but worked out very well so was worth it. Dining options close by."

"I really enjoyed my meal and cocktail at the hotel Mexican restaurant. The location was great and so was the view from my hotel room. The staff was wonderful from valet to the front desk to housekeeping. They were also extremely helpful, when I left something in my room after I checked out the staff went up and retrieved it for me. If I find myself back in Cleveland in the future I would stay here again."
