"The apartment was very well stocked with cooking equipment. The pools and facilities were exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable. The activities on offer were fun and there was so much to do. The instructors were amazing, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. And the breakfast buffet was excellent with such a huge selection for all dietary needs. I cannot rate this accommodation highly enough! "

"I had a lovely side sea view room on the 6th floor. It was just so relaxing to sit on the balcony and take in the atmosphere. I love this hotel and have been there many times. It is unpretentious and stylish, an abundance of plants everywhere. I love the beach and walked it every day. Everything is spotless. The food is good quality with a good supply of fruit and vegetables. It gets a bit noisy between 8-11 with different local venues putting on their entertainment but all stops at 11.00. I also got a good deal with Expedia. I will be returning."

There’s a wide variety of dishes to choose from, so everyone can find something they enjoy. Breakfasts were rich and diverse, and dinners felt like a real culinary experience. Service: The staff were outstanding – polite, professional, and always ready to help. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and do everything with a smile. "Overall was a very good stay, albeit I must say the beds were very uncomfortable. Two single beds for a couple and with those top up very thing and soft mattress that aren’t really a mattress and are horrible for your back. Bed frames also had breaks that were not working so the frames would also easily move. When we checked in we were told the pool closing time was at 7, however I got in the pool at 17:55 and got told off by the maintenance guy telling me pool closes at 18:00 and it is o my in summer it closes at 19:00. Gran Canaria is a sunny island and I think the pool should always stay open until 7 so that people can take advantage of it."
