"We loved our stay here, we had a junior suit on the corner, the view was beautiful and the room was very comfortable. Although some parts of the room were showing a bit of age it was very clean. Staff were mostly very friendly although we did come across one waiter and bar staff who were slightly rude. The rest of the staff made up for this massively. The pool is nice and always had plenty of beds available. Although it was cold it was appreciated in the heat. The pool entertainment was always fun. The spa is lovely we were lucky to get a free entry with the tour and really enjoyed the pools. Food was good, we enjoyed the different themed nights, im a fussy eater and always found something to eat. Entertainment was a lot of fun however we did notice the different performers played the same songs, we guessed they are trying to appeal to an older audience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come again. "

"I had a lovely side sea view room on the 6th floor. It was just so relaxing to sit on the balcony and take in the atmosphere. I love this hotel and have been there many times. It is unpretentious and stylish, an abundance of plants everywhere. I love the beach and walked it every day. Everything is spotless. The food is good quality with a good supply of fruit and vegetables. It gets a bit noisy between 8-11 with different local venues putting on their entertainment but all stops at 11.00. I also got a good deal with Expedia. I will be returning."

There’s a wide variety of dishes to choose from, so everyone can find something they enjoy. Breakfasts were rich and diverse, and dinners felt like a real culinary experience. Service: The staff were outstanding – polite, professional, and always ready to help. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and do everything with a smile. Thanks to them, the whole stay was extremely pleasant. Summary: This hotel truly deserves the highest rating. "The beachs nearby were great. The staff was welcoming. The facility was clean and food was great."

"Overall was a very good stay, albeit I must say the beds were very uncomfortable. Two single beds for a couple and with those top up very thing and soft mattress that aren’t really a mattress and are horrible for your back. Bed frames also had breaks that were not working so the frames would also easily move. When we checked in we were told the pool closing time was at 7, however I got in the pool at 17:55 and got told off by the maintenance guy telling me pool closes at 18:00 and it is o my in summer it closes at 19:00. Gran Canaria is a sunny island and I think the pool should always stay open until 7 so that people can take advantage of it."
