This comfortable 5 bedroom holiday home is located at the edge of Bad Pyrmont and suitable for large families and group of friends, can accommodate 13 persons. The house has a pleasant terrace with garden furniture, as well as two balconies.

The region offers a wide variety of sport and leisure activities such as hiking, cycling, swimming and much more. The public transport is 300 m, restaurants are 500, supermarkets are 1.7 km and the train station is 4 km away.

This holiday home has its own entrance and offers a spacious hallway, a kitchen with all modern amenities, furnished living room and dining area, well-maintained bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor and just as on the first floor.

Schöner Aufenthalt zwischen den Jahren

Schöne große Zimmer, im EG großer Tisch für zwei Familien sehr hilfreich, Lage naturnah/gut zum Wandern, für ÖPNV-Fans: Taxi vom Bahnhof erforderlich (aber günstig), mehr als 2 km entfernt - das Haus liegt im Vorort Löwensen, nach Bad Pyrmont zu Fuß ca. 40-50 min (schöne Wege!), in der direkten Nähe kaum Infrastruktur. Ich hatte den Eindruck, das Haus würde sich über etwas mehr Wartung freuen - (Fensterbeschläge klemmen teilweise, Klingel, Terassenbereich); Küchen gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wochenendtrip

Wir sind mit der ganzen großen Familie angereist. Schön war die große Terrasse mit Garten, der große offene Essbereich und der gemütliche Wohnbereich. So konnten wir uns gut bewegen und verteilen. Die Küche war sehr gut bestückt. es gab, wir hatten zwei Wohnungen, zwei Zimmer mit Ehebetten, einen offenen Bereich mit breitem Bett, ansonsten waren die Zimmer mit Doppelstockbetten bestückt. Für das Wochenende war es okay. Wanderwege gibt es direkt vor der Tür.

Schönes Haus für ein Familienwochenende

Wir haben mit insgesamt 9 Personen (6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, 1 bis 7 Jahre) hier ein sehr schönes Wochenende verbracht. Die Badezimmer sind neu, die Küchen sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Garten gibt es ein älteres kleines Klettergerüst mit Rutsche und Schaukel, einen Sandkasten und viel Platz zum Spielen. Alles war sauber, die Betten waren bereits bezogen und Handtücher wurden auch zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist sehr unkompliziert, sie wohnen nur wenige Meter entfernt in der gleichen Strasse und antworten zeitnah auf Anfragen per WhatsApp oder Telefon. Wir können dieses Haus für Familientreffen nur empfehlen!

Mit E-Mail vom 30.10.2023 haben Sie mir den Eingang der ersten Rate bestätigt und angekündigt, dass die zweite Rate automatisch von meiner Kreditkarte am 12.02.2024 abgebucht wird. Das hat leider nicht geklappt. Statt dessen habe ich eine Erinnerung zur Zahlung bekommen. Da ich - auf Rückfrage - nicht feststellen konnte, ob noch eine Abbuchung erfolgt, habe ich zusätzlich eine Einzugsermächtigung erteilt und damit die restliche Zahlung 3 Tage verspätet per Lastschrifteinzug überwiesen. Trotz Unklarheit hat letztlich alles geklappt und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt..

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage.

Alt aber sehr sauber und schick eingerichtet. Genau mein Geschmack. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut, wenn man das Haus oder eine Wohnung vollständig belegt.

Kurzurlaub mit der Familie

Wir hatten beide Wohnungen in dem Haus.Es reichte für uns.(7 Erwachsene,3 Kinder und ein Hund).Es steht auch ein kleiner Garten zur Verfügung.Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müßte renoviert werden.Von der Sauberkeit war es OK,mehr aber auch nicht.Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Bad Pyrmont. Für einen Kurzurlaub reicht es,wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat.

Wir haben für zwei Nächte gebucht von diesen waren wir nur eine Nacht. Es hätte viel schöner sein können, leider war die Heizung ausgeschaltet. Wir haben die Vermieterin in denn Abendstunden per SMS kontaktiert leider wurde hier nicht reagiert somit mussten wir eine sehr kalte Nacht überbrücken.

De omgeving is netjes en rustig. Een mooie ligging met een fijne tuin. Voldoende ruimte voor in/ en uitladen van de spullen. Parkeren kan 50 meter verderop. Wij hadden het volledige appartement. Daardoor hebben we 1 woonkamer en keuken niet gebruikt, maar één woonkamer was ook groot genoeg voor ons gezelschap van 8 personen. De 2 appartementen zijn apart afsluitbaar vanuit het trappenhuis, wat fijn is, omdat er nog een 3e appartement van de eigenaar op de bovenste verdieping is. Je hebt totaal geen overlast van elkaar. Een kleine, maar goed uitgeruste keuken en 2 fijne douches met aparte toiletten. Erg fijn met een wat grotere groep.

Perfektes Domizil für unser Familientreffen

Das Haus liegt am Stadtrand und so kann man direkt auf schönen Waldwegen loslegen: ob Spaziergang oder Wanderung: alles gut möglich. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und vor allem die Ausstattung der Küche ist prima. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten. Gut ist auch, dass es zwei Ebenen gibt. So konnten sich die mit Kleinkindern frühzeitig in die 2. Etage zurückziehen. Toll ist auch, dass die Sitzgruppe sowohl im Erdgeschoss als auch im OG gemütlich locker 10 Menschen aufnimmt. FürKinder waren schöne Hochstühle und gemütliche Kinderbetten vorhanden. Auch die freundliche Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
