We stayed in the most beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the sea. It was absolutely magical – in fact, we actually got engaged on that very balcony, so it will forever hold a special place in our hearts! The hotel itself is stunning, full of charm and elegance, and the location is just perfect – a short walk to the beach and right in the heart of Sorrento, making it super easy to explore the town. Every detail, from the views to the service, made our stay unforgettable. "The location is excellent if arriving or leaving from Napoli Central Station as it is literally across the station. What is a great advantge is also a bit of a disadvantage as it is usually the case, areas around central tratin stations are not the nicest, but during the day I felt totally safe walking and within 5 minutes of walking you are in very tourist spots. The staff are wonderful and the amenities great. It is a grand hotel, particularly if you are transfering between train and airport the next day (as it was my case). "The suite was spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel breakfast had many different dishes and a nice seating area. The balcony in the room led to a beautiful sea view. The area around teh hotel was filled with restaurants/cafes a busy walking area next to the sea. The hotel employees were very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples."

"The hotel is on a large ground on a hilltop with a great pool and gardens. The rooms are large and comfortable and the buffet breakfast is spectacular. The only downside is you have to walk up an incline every evening back to the property. We had a great stay."

"Our stay was wonderful from start to finish! The rooms, staff, drinks and food were excellent but what took our breath away was the views! To wake up and see that view every morning as we walked down to breakfast was amazing! Desk staff are very helpful with suggestions and the free breakfast has a great variety. Pool was refreshing and getting a lounger was not difficult. Rooms and common areas all clean and well taken care of. Really a fantastic place to stay, we would gladly stay there again!"
