All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They gave us a fan to use when we said we were a little warm in the room. Hotel is close to metro and old town. Would stay there again."

I was sent a couple of videos on how to access since I arrived after hours, which were generally helpful. Although I had a bit of trouble initially finding where the sensor is for the key fob for the outside gate (fob is chained to a key lockbox hung on the gate). The instructions for accessing room was a bit confusing too, was not obvious to me at the...
