The check in desk was very helpful, friendly and spoke very good English, and also gave me another copy of the code number to get in as I forgot to bring it out with me (I honestly was worried I'd be charged for a new one as you know what some hotels/accommodation are like). The apartment was clean, had good air conditioning, and was a great size for the price. The only issue was the washing machine didn't work, the drum wouldn't spin. However I easily found a laundrette nearby, and I decided to still rate the accommodation 5 stars as everything else was perfect. Thank you, and hopefully will stay again with you in the future!!

Convenient and safe. Difficult getting luggage up steps before elevator could be reached, but amenities such as dishwasher and a wonderful bed made up for that. Helpful, friendly staff. Nice balcony view to courtyard. Water in big courtesy bottle is free for refills at desk, don't have to buy the bottle! Strong secure wifi. LOTS of TV channels, all in HUNGARIAN. Close to great shopping & fine restaurants. Roomy apt could have slept 3.

Perfect place to stay to enjoy Budapest

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was very close to groceries stores, restaurants and shopping centres. It is a few minutes away from the old metro and a 20 minute walk to the city along Andrassy street which is place to very high end boutiques. The neighbour hood is safe and there is security to get into the building. The Lord Residence will be the place for us when we return to Budapest. I give it a shiney 5 star review

The reception was in a different location. The receptionist wanted cash for us to keep our bags there for a couple of hours. Air conditioning was bad in the room. A nice room and good location in the city.

Very thin walls! Neighbors were constantly loud. The main office is not close to the hotel. The apartment was dirty. The garage only opens if we call the front desk which is a disaster if you don't have mobile service.

Clean and spacious, but no assistance provided

The apartment was very clean and nice. Clear instructions on key pickup location initially and for checkout should be done. fire alarm was just outside our room, and a false alarm went off every night from 3am to around 8-9am. Could not sleep at all. Since no one is at the reception, you cannot contact anyone to turn it off.

The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. There were two cups, two drinking glass and two of each utensils. I thought that more could have been provided. We were also provided with just one towel for each of us. Check-in was about 10 minutes away from where we stayed but it was an easy walk. Check-in and check-out were very easy.

The property (an apartment) is clean and quiet. The office to check in and get the key is located in another location (it is walkable). There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The metro is also within walking distance. There are appliances, utensils to uae for cooking and eating. There is also a fridge. We got the 2-bedroom apartment which is spacious for the 3 of us. The property is pretty safe.

Unser Zimmer war leider nicht sehr schön, in der Küche ist die Front der Spülmaschine kaputt gewesen und die ganze Zeit abgefallen. Auch sonst war das Zimmer voller kleinerer baulicher Mängel. Von der Sauberkeit her war es okay, aber das Badezimmer war leider nicht wirklich hygienisch. Es gab eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang, was ich im Hotel doch ziemlich eklig finde, außerdem gab es an der einen Ecke etwas Schimmel. Wir waren nur 2 Tage da, daher war es für uns okay und wir haben dort eigentlich nur geschlafen, länger wäre ich aber nicht gerne geblieben. Die Lage war jedoch wirklich sehr zentral.

I liked the size and location of the property it was perfect for a short break. The air conditioning was a little noisy. When I collected the key I should have been made aware that the property has 2 entrances and you can access both entrances and that there are different lifts that take you to your block this was very difficult to work out at night when it was so dark

The washer did not work, the microwave was not placed at an outlet- couldn't work, the AC never cooled the place down, the shower bar was unable to lock in place, the floorboard into the bathroom was not secured down- No instructions where to empty garbage. Overall I was disappointed and would not stay there again.

LEBENSGEFAHR! Es gibt lockere Steckdosen in den Wänden, Toilettendeckel, die lose sind, genauso gibt es unhygienische Oberflächen aller Art (Toaster, Kühlschrank, Inventar). Einmal den Kühlschrank ausräumen und wegschmeißen, was alt ist, ist das Mindeste. Ebenso finden Sie hier eine Vielzahl von gebrochenem Inventar (Schubladen, Schränke). Erwähnenswert sind auch tote Insekten im Schlafzimmer an der Wand. Alles in allem eine Horror-Erfahrung, die ich niemandem wünsche.
