"My stay was excellent once I was able to check in after having to cancel my reservation made on EXPEDIA. Econolodge staff bent over backwards to try and get EXPEDIA’s third party payment to go through (I paid with One Key Cash) but ultimately could not even after an hour back and forth on the phone with Expedia. She was so lovely to work with to get checked in and offered helpful suggestions for dining options close by. Kayla was also very sweet with my service dog and made sure to have dog biscuits at the front desk for the next time I took him out for a walk. This hotel was such a nice surprise! "
