"I usually stay on an upper floor, but this time I was on a lower floor. I could not hear people above me at all. This is just a great hotel all around. Whether you choose to eat dinner in the restaurant on-site, or go out, there are endless options."

"The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great! lots of options. The cleanliness of the room was good, there was some dust on the bottom of the lamps and on the counter in the bathroom. the carpeted floor could have been cleaned a bit better. It appeared that the vacuum needed to be emptied. We did not like the soft lighting in the room. It seems that other hotels are also going to the softer lighting. We would stay there again. "

"This is a no pet hotel but I have a registered service dog and at check in the receptionist gave me torment over having a dog. I know by law they can ask 3 different questions it’s in my paper work but she even wanted to know my medical condition and all and then s not allowed. She was rude! Never will I stay there again. She made me feel very uncomfortable there."
