This property is fantastic!! Communication with the host is easy and quick! House is stocked with everything you’d need and very clean! We stayed with our three small children and loved the property and roominess. Parking lot attached to property! This property is two streets from the beach and an easy 5 minute walk!

"The door code didn’t work - had to get a new one from them. None of the TVs worked. The phone didn’t work. There was broken glass on the floor in the living room and Main bedroom that 4/10 of us got in our feet and bled everywhere, And they made several fraudulent charges to my card. The parking tags were expired so they clearly have terrible room service. Two of the beds had stained up bedding. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere nicer."

"Over all I really has to say I enjoyed my stay I would love to stay again. Providing there is an upgrade in the sofa.The sofa where stained and turned, The carpet can use some cleaning. There were an whole in the wall; however The most agitating thing was the sofa.. Everyone of the guess had an issue with the sofas in the house downstairs.."

"This property is amazing, the photos on their webpage doesn't do justices to the house. The ocean views are mesmerizing and the pool, hot tub and access to the beach truly makes it a wonderful vacation property. We had 17 people in our family from 10yrs to 74yrs old. The house is so large that we never felt on top of each other. The host was very prompt in communicating with us during our visit and resolved all our minor issues that we inform her about. We already planning to return on our next family vacation. "

"Google directions and check in very easy. The hosts are very knowledgeable and helpful. House of Hogan is OUTSTANDING!!! Very spacious and updated along with the beach decor this house is great. The house is extremely clean and has pretty much anything you will need. They have everything you will want to take to the beach. I loved the covered patio porch. The neighborhood is very quiet with friendly neighbors. Short walk to the beach and to a few restaurants and gift shops. The location for driving is close to grocery stores and restaurants and shopping. If I could give more than 5 stars I would positively do so. This is a wonderful beach house!"
