Area is OK, lots of free parking right outside the door, a Chippy next door but one, Bakery across the road and a few little corner shops only minutes away with Ayr town centre only 5 minutes walk away. "Woken up at 6am by bin lorry in car park in front of our window, avoid rooms at front of hotel if light sleeper. Apart from that issue had a lovely stay!"

"I booked a room here for 2 nights for a wedding over at Brig O'Doon and felt very well looked after and "at home" here. When I arrived by car, the car park was a decent size, free to park in and was right outside the hotel. The check in and check out processes were very straightforward and simple. I had a lovely dinner at the hotel restaurant on my first night and the room was very spacious, clean and well designed. The hot chocolate and mini shortbread were a lovely touch! All in all, I had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend it!"

"We had a fabulous stay at the Townhouse B&B in Ayr. Everything was absolutely lovely and the breakfast was amazing — a real highlight of our stay!
