*Avalon *Ocean View* Split-level--*Penthouse* Just a short walk from the 'boardwalk' and above the rooftops of Santa Catalina's quaint little city of Avalon is 'nestled' this Tri-Level Penthouse Suite--in the Bahia Vista Condos--Breathtaking ocean, harbor, city, pool, and hillside views from all rooms and balconies ... constantly a reminder of Santa Catalina's beauty, and the 'state-of-mind' revealed in the 'Island' lifestyle. Complimentary Golf Cart included (No refunds for golf cart break downs prior to booking or after arrival i.e. flat tires, out of gas, engine or brake problems. We will make every effort to have golf cart working properly.).

Yes, this is a vacation, and the 'Island' awaits, Golfing, zip lining, scuba diving, swimming, fishing, hiking, para-sailing, miniature golfing, glass-bottom boat rides, dinner cruises, shopping, fine restaurants, and so much more.

NOTE: There is a two-night minimum stay for weekends due to the high volume of inquiries. We appreciate your understanding!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Bahai Penthouse B45. The unit is very spacious and had everything we needed for 4 adults and a toddler. The condo is well decorated, the kitchen is large and fully stocked, and the views are gorgeous. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location, walkable, the golf cart was a very nice added bonus. Love having the outside balcony and great views. Very nice pool and Jacuzzi. Vons grocery store was close by where we were able to cook dinner one night. But all the restaurants went to were awesome.

Great Location and Views

My group rented both condos. It was perfect for our stay. The views were amazing, the golf carts were a bonus, but you can really walk anywhere on the island from the condo. Kim was an awesome communicator. Would definitely stay again!

This was a perfect spot for six of us girls to have a few days in Catalina. The views were incredible and the condo was very comfortable. Property communication made it very easy to arrive, use the golf cart, and to check out. We had a blast! Thank you!

This was a delightful, clean place to stay with wonderful views. The golf cart was a huge bonus. Condo is large with a well equipped kitchen. If you like soft mattresses you will sleep well. Communication with host was excellent.

Location was very convenient to everything. Included golf cart ended up not being necessary due to you are not able to take it out of the city which is very walkable. Upon arrival we took photos of what needed repairs, etc. and Kim was great with communication.Would rent the unit again.

Catalina is a dream!

We had never been to Catalina, so really did not know was to expect. The weather cooperated & we had three days of charm, great food & hospitality from the island community. The island offers SO much from, water sports to American history & everything in between, including buffalo. We did not have enough time, but that’s good as we will plan a return visit next year.

Beautiful views, clean, stylish and spacious unit with an easy walk to the main boardwalk. We really enjoyed our stay, and felt like we were home. The pool wasn’t working but we didn’t need the pool and we were ok with not having it. The golf cart was a very nice addition, we were able to cruise up the hill for scenic tour. Loved our stay! This place is great. The view of the harbor is amazing from both balconies and it is very comfortable inside. Only downside for us was all the stairs. There are stairs to get in the unit and a flight inside. Certainly doable but my arthritic knee was doing a lot of complaining. Nonetheless a beautiful and comfortable clean place with a view. Well done.

Excellent stay. So great to have golf cart included. Fun pool, walk anywhere, even descano beach (25 min easy walk). Can get hot. AC in master bedroom and lots of fans. Also, quite a few steps required to get to elevator. No ramp for strollers or those who may have difficulty with stairs. I would definitely book again. Fantastic balcony views, great kitchen and living spaces. Beds moderate for comfort. Super responsive and accommodating host.

Areas to Improve for future Guests

One of the bathroom sinks in the master did not drain properly. On the utility cart that was provided, the tags were expired, also the engine kept backfiring and the ignition slot for the key needs repair. It was difficult to get it in and to turn on. Unit had a great view. All in all it was a great place to stay..

The property was perfect for our family. Very clean, quite, plenty of towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Everyone enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The cart was an extra bonus because it came with it’s on parking space in town so we didn’t have to worry about moving it.

This was a great, upgraded condo, above and away from the noise and traffic of downtown Avalon, but still walkable to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and Kim was fantastic to work with. We will definitely stay here again next trip back.
