The hotel is located right in the middle of the Plaza de España area. It’s 20 meters walk from the metro, which is super convenient if you plan to go to Real Madrid’s Santiago Bernabéu stadium. The property is nice and conveniently located in the city. We had an issue with our room that you wouldn’t expect with this kind of hotel but the staff dealt with it promptly and efficiently so we were very happy.

Great location, beautiful facilities and rooms. The check in staff needs to explain to guests that there is a discount voucher for the restaurant on check in. The bellman was amazing with a great smile and always willing to help.

The hotel is in an excellent position which is in the middle of two Metro stations, Principe Pio and Plaza de Espana. From the Principe Pio, you can get the train to Madrid Airport T4 at 2.6 Euros. The staffs are nice and helpfull. Breakfast is excellent.

Great little hotel in fabulous location - walking distance to all the main sites in a gorgeous neighbourhood. Staff was fantastic - extremely helpful. We loved breakfast.

The rooms were good in size and had good modern bathrooms. The location is excellent allowing quick access to tourist attractions but also where the locals live. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was excellent value and i would stay there again.

Property was in a fantastic spot, so close to Sol but extremely quiet. They even waited for us to arrive at almost 1am and still went to the trouble of showing us the amenities in the room. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed in Spain, needless to say we will be staying there again next time!!

The staff were great. It was a good location and everything worked well. I thought the single bedbwas a tad small but it sufficed.

Location is convenient and short walk to the Gran Via. Rooms are clean and simple. Bathroom is small but comfortable. Big space for a solo traveller. Complimentary water which was a simple and needed touch after a long flight. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay at Aspacios, staff were very helpful. Luis was very nice and answered all our questions. Alex also made sure we had necessary info regarding check-in times and how to get to hotel and constantly followed up regarding our arrival. Apartment was very clean and spacious. The only negative thing was on our last night, one of the neighbours (apparently they own the apartment) were kicking and banging their door at around 10pm for almost an hour as they locked themselves out.
