"I stayed here for the NFL Madrid Game in November. The location was amazing. The hotel was distance to many must see Madrid attractions and nearby to several subway stations. I ate breakfast on several occasions and loved the great selection and taste of the food. The staff was extremely nice. The room was perfect for my needs as I was a solo traveler for this trip. I didn’t have enough time to use the spa…maybe next time. "

"Found the Hotel on Expedia and was beyond Happy .The pictures do not do it justice.It is Beautiful. We arrived and meet Jorge...we upgraded our room to the 9th floor Suite. It is more like your own apartment and the view from the terrace is Amazing!The Spa was wonderful...Valentina,Amalia & Ricardo are great!My daughter and I had the best massage! The morning breakfast buffet is Awesome!So much to choose from and the food is fantastic. Sara the Manager is so wonderful and takes care of you and anything you may need.William at the 2nd floor desk is Great also.Ahmad,Igor and Javier take such good care of you when you arrive and during your stay. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and its staff. The location is Perfect!We had an amazing week here in Beautiful Madrid. We will be back for sure."

"Todo el staff súper amables y siempre dispuestos a ofrecer un excelente servicio. Los cuartos buenísimos y la propiedad super céntrica para llegar a lugares importantes caminado. Estuvimos 10 días y nunca tuvimos que tomar metro o autobús (aun teniendo una estación casi alfrente). Muy recomendado. Gracias! "

"Everything was excellent, all the staff we spoke to were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and was really impressed with the size of the room, also had a great view of the plaza. Great choice of breakfast options. Good location, metro right outside. All in all a very comfortable stay and would recommend "
