french press, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and garbage disposal. The Galley-style kitchen with a 'waterfall' island opens to the living room - perfect for conversation while making meals.

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY You can travel with your dog/s, but the weight can't exceed 60 pounds (combined if traveling with more than 1). Breed restrictions apply, and our pet fee is $25 per night, pet (A flat-rate fee can be arranged for stays over 30 days):
• Heavy shedding dogs and dogs under one year of age are not allowed.
• Dogs must be groomed close to the check-in date, including nails trimmed, and must be up to date on medications, flea prevention, etc.
• Dogs must stay off of the furniture, beds, and linens. We can provide sofa protectors.
• Dogs must not bark excessively.
• You must clean all dog waste in the yard daily.
• Pet owner will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by the pet.

My friends and I had such a great time staying at this property for the weekend to visit Austin. The house was so clean and so cute and in such a convenient location to get to all the fun places in Austin. We had the absolute best time and the property managers were so easy to get in touch with and so pleasant to work with. We definitely are looking forward to coming back sometime.

The house was perfectly located to see all around Austin. The Travis heights neighborhood was quiet and accessible to so many areas in the city. Good way for us to investigate possible move to Texas.

Great small soco house in a nice neighborhood. Walked every evening and felt safe. One note, that I did not see in the listing, is this shares a back wall with another property. More of a condo than a house. The car port is split between unit A and Unit B. We did not have any issues and enjoyed our stay.

My wife, daughter and I planned a spontaneous trip to the Austin area and decided to stay here while on the road! Lodgewell staff were very communicative and quick responding to help us out. Home was nice and clean and in a great area that was convenient to most places. Parking was a bit tight under the carport for our smaller SUV but that was only issue. We would stay here again for sure! Thanks

It is our first visit to Austin and my family was so happy that we stayed at one of Lodgewell properties. This place is very clean, spacious, and well equipped. It is centrally located to pretty much everything. Our initial booking took a tad longer than expected as Lodgewell was asking for copy of ID & bank statement etc. In the end, all went well because of the excellent communication from management. A little tip for future visitors to this property that I wish Lodgewell had informed us..... the driveway is very steep and if you are not driving a truck/SUV, make sure you go up the driveway at an angle . We learnt it the hard way, after our car bottom scraped the driveway with the most horrific squeaking scream. Overall, this property is PERFECT!!!

This property looked exactly like the pictures. We were able to walk to South Congress and the neighborhood is very nice. There is also a nearby green belt along a creek for hiking or jogging. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The space was modern, spacious and clean. Good size bathroom. Bedrooms were roomy. Main BR had desk great for working remotely. Kitchen had all the things you need for cooking. We didn’t cook but it was stocked with pots, pans, Utensils , chopping boards, knives, wine opener, wine glasses, coffee maker, microwave, full-size fridge, stove. Neighborhood was great. 3 min drive to SoCo. 5-7 mins downtown, less than 10 other neighborhoods. Area is a hit hilly and windy, so pay attention as there lots of guard rails on road. Dani was responsive and helpful. We had completely privacy while there.

House was perfect! Everything was very clean and well organized. The location was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Short walk to South Congress and downtown. We walked or biked everywhere. All the neighbors were so friendly. Dani is super responsive. When in Austin in the future we will be sure to stay here.

Great house located in Travis Heights which I consider one of the best neighborhoods in Austin. Perfect for dog walking, bike riding or just shopping on South Congress. Make sure to also hit the food trucks on 1st.

My husband and I had a perfect stay at the Blue Door. The neighborhood was in close proximity to everything and anything you may need and then some! Dani was a great host and responds in a timely manner. We stayed for just around 5 weeks, 'Working From Home' at the Blue Door. The internet connection was excellent, only dropped a couple of times. We loved it so much, we booked another trip to go back in a couple of weeks!
