WELCOME TO AUSTIN! The Orange Crush is a beautifully appointed Mid-Century guest home nestled in historic, charming, Travis Heights. Relax and enjoy the light-filled, contemporary space tucked under a canopy of live oaks - just minutes from eclectic South Congress Ave. (SoCo) and downtown.

SWEET DREAMS Both artfully designed bedrooms feature Queen-Size Beds, Eco-friendly Memory Foam Mattresses, and High-Quality Linens. The Master Bedroom boasts a large walk-in closet. In case of extra sleeping requirements, linens and a pillow are provided for the living room sectional sofa. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, ample storage space,
and designer fixtures. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.

CHEF'S KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen features a gas oven and hood, dishwasher, disposal, coffee grinder, coffee makers, toaster, and blender. The Galley-style kitchen with a 'waterfall' island opens to the living room - perfect for conversations, games, or watching a movie.

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY You can travel with your dog/s, but the weight can't exceed 60 pounds (combined if traveling with more than 1). Breed restrictions apply, and our pet fee is $25 per night, pet (A flat-rate fee can be arranged for stays over 30 days):
• Heavy shedding dogs and dogs under one year of age are not allowed.
• Dogs must be groomed close to the check-in date, including nails trimmed, and must be up to date on medications, flea prevention, etc.
• Dogs must stay off of the furniture, beds, and linens. We can provide sofa protectors.
• Dogs must not bark excessively.
• You must clean all dog waste in the yard daily.
• Pet owner will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by the pet.

The house was perfect for our four day visit to Austin! The location was a 17 minute walk to South Congress and so close to downtown and the walking trails along the river. The house was equipped with everything anyone would need and there were clear instructions for check in and check out. We would definitely stay there again!

Very clean and comfortable stay. One drawback was there was no fenced yard as advertised. I look for that since I travel with my 2 dogs. The location was wonderful close to downtown .

Sweet little duplex. We loved being so close to downtown and soco. We didn’t cook but it has a nice kitchen. We enjoyed the patio and ahh those giant live oaks. Loved the minimalist vibe. Would stay again.

We stayed at the orange door 3 nights with another couple the beggining April. We were able to walk to south congress and lots of other areas which was a huge plus for us. The duplex was plenty big enough for 4 people and had everything we needed. It is decorated very modern but comfortable and was very clean. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the back patio under the bistro lights. I would reccomend this property to anyone visiting Austin!

The Orange Door was a fantastic place to base yourself in Austin. The apartment was modern, clean and a great size for one or two couples. It is easy walking distance to SoCO and its wonderful restaurants, bars, music venues and a short 5 to 7 minute drive to downtown Austin. I would highly recommend the Orange Door to any prospective visitors to Austin Robert & Jennifer (Sydney, Australia).
